If you break down and need to get your vehicle fixed your better off waiting for your vehicle to fix itself rather than letting these guys attempt to. Our 4 wheel drive went out on our truck so we took it in after 36 hours of them having it we were told it was ready for pick up. We drove a half mile down the road attempted to.use the 4 wheel drive and nothing was fixed. After taking it back to them they said the mechanic who worked on it said it was ready to go. So we waited for that mechanic to arrive. 2 hours go by and were sitting in the parking lot in the truck and they call and say they found the problem and it's the transfer case. So you found a problem.yet the truck isn't back in your possession. Needless to say I wouldn't trust these guys to work on a hot wheels let alone a diesel truck. It was very comforting to see the front desk lady had a sweet face tattoo as well very warm and comforting environment. If you value you vehicle and don't wann a get ripped off. Please find a different shop in the area.

In the 80s I was driving a 71 Vega to Kalamazoo Michigan from Benicia California. The alternator adjustment bolt fell.off and almost lost the belt. Pulled into Rocky mtn.auto, itveas 15 below zero. I dropp5 off the car and stayed at the adjoining hotel American and stated the night.. nice room, and bar. Got up and had a great breakfast, and went to pick up my vega.. it was warm and ready to go, and it cost me six bucks.. I know it was in the 80s, but that was a awesome experience...

The shop here is here for one thing and one thing only and that is to rip you off they were trying to charge me $4500 for a clutch witch they were getting it from kenworth and there price was only $2500 and they wanted to charge me 19 hrs to put it in way over priced I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone there out to screw you they even said I had to buy 4 new batteries before they could finish the test to se what was wrong with my truck they charged me $750 for the batteries an to install them and my truck can sit with the fridge on for three days ands it will still start. So beware the manager here is a Scammer

They did service work on our F-350, 4WD was not working, they missed the cracked pinion charged me over $2300 for repairs that did not fix the problem and they left a shop towel in the differential which later destroyed seals bearings, and everything else in the axle! Our office is 1400 miles away and when these problems were found they denied responsibility for all damages caused by rag, and refused any kind of refund for totally missing the true problem which was a cracked pinion the whole time! Said we did not follow proper warranty procedures! Our shop is 1400 miles away! Avoid this place at all costs they will screw you blind and refuse to stand behind the repairs they allegedly make. Just read all the other reviews of them for the past year! It's like a broken record!

Absolutely do not stop here unless you want to waste hours of your time while their so called “mechanics” attempt to figure out whats wrong with your vehicle.. I half suspect that the good reviews are not valid or verified and I would give them zero stars if I could... Our story: The heat went out in our 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Decemeber while on our way to Colorado for Christmas. After waiting almost four hours we were told it was fixed. This was after replacing the thermostate and then the radiator cap as it was “supposedly” no longer holding a seal so had wait for a new one to be delivered. And yes, after all that time and as many as 4 guys huddled over the engine, there was warm air coming out of the vents.. Unfortunately, it stopped working about 2 hours down the road. I called them to advise and they wanted us to bring the vehicle back so they could look at it! I told that that was unacceptable as we were 2 hours away and had no plans to turn around and go back and waste another 3 or 4 hours.. The person on the phone was insistent that he wanted us to come back so “they could make it right” never grasping the fact that we were on vacation and now 2 hours away!! Eventually he recommended that we call their mobile service located in Colorado Springs, which we did they and THEIR technician deteremined the heater was NOT working. He tried to tell us it was the water pump and he could fix it the next day but it would take about 8hrs and cost about $1k!! Really, the water pump!! Then how come the car wasn’t over heating?? When we got back to California we took the vehicle into our local Jeep Dealership and the problem was due to a broken fresh air inlet housing!! Once they replaced that, all has been good every since.. So now we’ve paid for something that technially we didn’t have - a working heater!! We filed a dispute with our credit card company but that went nowhere because we signed a contract saying we were satisfied with the service! Well of course we did because we were satisfied at that moment in time.. But when you pay for something and it breaks again within 2hrs, you should (and rightfully so) expect the company to make it right and due to our circumstances the only way to make this right was to reimburse our credit card for the full amount.. Being the con-artists they are, they were not willing to do this so the next best thing is to try and save someone else from making the same mistake we did!! And if you do stop here, DO NOT sign any type of contract saying you are satisfied with the service they provided because trust me will regret it..
