Poor service, charged me $40 for a quote I asked for free. Took apart my engine without authorization. To fix my vehicle up told me it was going to cost me near $300 told me he needed to get into my engine. I bought the part $70 and did it myself. Took an hour and a half, just needed to get under the car. Untrusted ripoffs. Not to mention (vince) is super rude and defensive. Once you call him out he will treat you like trash.

Took my vehicle there for an oil change had my own filter they did not use it , I know because I recently was going to change my oil And cheap oil filter is on there I had a mobile 1 oil filter which are not cheap . I Do Not recommend these Crooks .........WHEN YOU BRING IN A BETTER OIL FILTER THEN THE CRAPPY ONE THEY WILL REPLACE , THEN YOU EXPECT THE BETTER FILTER TO BE USED AND NOT TO BE CHARGED FOR THE OTHER FILTER. ALSO IT TOOK FOREVER TO CHANGE OIL AN NO ONE WAS IN THE SHOP ....

Where to begin... Took my car in for a couple of repairs (replace hood cable and window glass in one door plus re-attach the hood). Paid $275 for the repairs and had the parts. Went to picking it up and drove home before I noticed some pretty severe scratches on a back door that was definitely not there before I dropped it off. Called immediately to let the owner (Vince) know about the issue. He immediately gets super defensive and very rude. Kept insisting he didn’t scratch my car and I was accusing him... I don’t actually think he was aware of the damage, giving him the benefit of the doubt considering his reaction. But as I was trying to explain where the damage was, one of his employees yells out, “On the left side back door? That was already there.” Well, considering there’s scratches on some of the molding on the rest of the car, I found that suspect. I tried to explain that I didn’t call him to accuse him of anything just to make him aware of the issue immediately. To that he responded, “You know what? I didn’t scratch your car this time; but next time you come in I’ll make sure and scratch it good for you.” Nice, eh? I tried to take it there and show him it’s not damage from another car (no paint at all and it’s location is almost impossible, the cop who took the report stated that before it crossed my mind). But, he was still rude and short and kept insisting I was lying. Obviously completely unprofessional in dealing with a matter where investigation and consideration is concerned. Also must not care about return business nor word of mouth in a small town.
