I don't think i have ever encountered such knowledgeable and customer friendly salesman and staff and management. You can tell they want to help out the customer instead of be like the typical dealership. This place really offers a great service for the residents of the greater Colorado Springs and Falcon area. Hats off to the folks at Premier RV. I will come back here for my RV PURCHASES EVERYTIME!

Bryan and the crew are great here. Been to 3 other Rv shops and would never go there again. Been there twice now and going back for some more repairs. Very fair pricing and you can tell this is a family run operation concern about their clients.

Gave one star because no stars isn't an option and the gals up front were great. Made an appointment a week out for April 15. Showed up and took an hour to get someone to look at my 5th wheel (so what was the purpose). 1 weeks after I dropped it off, I called to get a status. My call was not returned for another week from Bryan (which he doesn't even recall nor did he note the repairs discussed!). He said he would have a tech on it right away. Called twice in the next week to get a status and tell them I needed it back by May 11. Still no returned calls from Bryan! 3 days before I picked it up, a lady called to discuss parts and pricing which I had already talked to Bryan about the one time he did returned my call! Finally had enough, went to pick up my trailer on May 17. Was approached again about the price on parts and labor. Got tired of standing in the lobby after over an hour for them to bring my trailer to the front. Went and got it myself. Door was unlocked and the front vent was wide open (facility is not fenced and it had rained over the month they had it!) Luckily the tire chock that I left with the trailer upon drop off was found before I left. And lastly after this ridiculous experience, the SOB had the nerve to charge me the hour diag time. Will never spend another penny at this so called business!!!

Brand new storm very up-to-date and high-quality items for sale many items that no one else carries lots of items I've never seen before very impressed with the prices to very fair price compared to many other places in the springs the repair shop is very experienced from the newest to the oldest largest drivable or pull behind 5th wheel or pop-up bring it here and they'll fix it right the first time. Many nice RVs for sale brand new and used all so many nice trucks and cars for sale on the lot come see the difference versus the big dealerships tell them I sent you
