Newbill's Alignment Services Inc

I took my car to Newbill's and had an alignment done along with some other things. 5 weeks later, my alignment is out. I called Newbill's to try and get reimbursed for the bill. They told me that they had a 30 day/1,000 mile guarantee. It's been 37 days since they did the job and I was told, no, they won't reimburse me because it was past 30 days. That's fine, except...I took the car back to them inside of the 30 days and told them that there was vibration in the front end. They didn't agree that there was so now I'm stuck with another alignment bill. Needless to say, I didn't take it back to them this time! I remember the great reputation Newbill's had, many years ago. Guess those days are gone. If this is how they cover their ass and kick yours, the hell with them!!! If I could give them No STARS, I would!!!

Back in the day this was the place to go, not any more. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and not to sure about the mechanical ability of the personnel. I brought in my 1993 GMC and they went through the situation I described and found the problem and also pointed out a couple of other things. The estimate was just at $1,300 and at first I balked. That's a lot of money I thought to myself. I told the shop to just fix the front end. I thought about it again and decided to just have them fix everything and walked back into the shop to tell them so. I was advised it would take around 2 to 3 hours so I left and went home. About three hours later I called and they advised that "it was coming along" and that they had the wrong phone number. We got that corrected and they advised they would call when the job was done. A little over two hours later, I called again to see about the progress of my truck and they advised me that they might have to keep my truck overnight. Imagine my surprise. They did say that it would be ready first thing in the morning. I waited till around 9:30, they open at 8:00, I went over and asked again about the status of my truck. He said about an hour. I sent my ride away and decided to hang. At 1:15 that afternoon while I was a few blocks away I was advised that my truck was ready. Adding insult to injury, two days later one of the repairs they made, an oil line, started to leak. That happened on a Sunday and I knew they would be closed and Monday was a holiday so it sits until Tuesday. I drop by on Tuesday and drop the truck off at 9:30 A.M. At 3:00 P.M. I called them and they had just finished working on it. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I came in for an alignment on my Audi a4 after having some work that caused the alignment to be off. After leaving I noticed that the alignment was pulling to the right. I came back in the following day and was told there was nothing wrong. That it was the road causing the car to pull to the right. I was screamed and yelled at by two separate employees because there was "nothing" to fix. I called 3 times to speak to the owners and sent two emails to have the situation fixed or to receive a refund. I have heard nothing back. This happened last week 8/31/16. I have the print out from Phil long audi that shows how misaligned my vehicle was. It cost me $234 to get an alignment because of the negligence of Newbills. I am launching a complaint with the BBB and would advise everyone to stay far away. So after I posted this review I was finally called back about receiving my refund. I was told a check would be in an envelope and I could go and pick it up. I go and pick it up (9/09/16) and there is a letter stating I was receiving a refund, and a bill of sale but NO CHECK! I called and called and finally got a call back. I was told there was definitely a check in there and was asked to bring the envelope back in so I could receive my refund. I came back in to meet with the owner Michelle (9/13/16) and she did not show up! Then she called and said that she decided not to come and meet with me, but to meet with her bank instead (she told me none of this, just didn't show!), who she claims told her she needed to cancel the first check and then reissue another, just in case I had already cashed the first one and was trying to receive more money! She said I could pick up the new check on Friday (09/16/16). I went in on the following Monday (9/19/16) because I got off late on Friday, and there was no envelope left! I called again today (09/28/16) and still no envelope and no returned phone calls! It has been 20 DAYS and I still have NOT received a refund!! They are doing nothing, but giving me the run around!

Great! Frank and the gang did a fast smooth job. They fixed my alignment of my RV with no problems. They even straightened the steering wheel for me. All for $69.95. I highly recommend! Five Stars in my book. D. Haynes.

I used them a few years ago and never had an issue with them i honestly never thought that i would so i recomended them to my neghbor. With in one week after doing some maintenance on his vehicles he needed alignments. All 3 for one reason or another needed more parts typical mechanic shop. This is honestly why i got out of the buisness after paying 15,000 for an education i now work on friends cars and people that have been referd to me i just dont have an alignment rack. Do not use this company bad experience all the way around.
