Update April 2018: Your mileage may vary. I took my wife’s car in for annual service. I get it back and there is a liquid leaking from the front. They say to bring back. Tow the car in. The washer fluid reservoir is now leaking. They insist they were no where near it during the service. They couldn’t have broken it and “this happens in Colorado”. I have lived here for thirty years and had a dozen cars (many old) and not one has had a washer fluid reservoir go bad, suddenly or otherwise. They want $350 for it. No discount. No splitting it. No admitting of anything. Just pay it. So sorry. I’m out of town so I had no choice. My wife needed her car. Basically they don’t want my several years and many thousands of dollars in business. Unfortunately I will now have to look for another place. Normally dealing with mechanics is never fun. It always seems like you never really understand what is happening and seem to get shafted somehow. Not with Aspen Auto Clinic. They were upfront and detailed about what they were doing, why, and alternatives. They even figured out how to maintain it so I could avoid the issue in the future. Brandon showed me his shop floor and was very proud of how clean it was. I have been looking for a good mechanic and had tried another one on Jordan near Aspen auto. This place really knows what they are doing. They focus on the customer. This is the way to gain repeat clients. Great place. Update from January 2017: been going here for several years now. Just got my car back from annual service. Heather at the front desk is amazing. She knows her stuff and is very amiable.

I needed to get the PDK fluid in my ten-year-old Porsche replaced period after checking through several owners threads, I realized this was best not done at home and I searched around for a reliable shop in southeast Denver. After seeing a number of positive reviews for Aspen Auto Clinic in Centennial, I went in to talk to them to get a feel for the people who work there. Heather and Brian were great to talk to you and they were able to get me a firm cost on the service before any work was done. The work was done on time and my car came back to me very clean. There was an immediate Improvement and the function of my PDK. Aspen Auto Clinic has earned my trust and my loyalty for all my cars.

They are awesome! I visited this auto clinic yesterday with my 14-year-old vehicle. They inspected the leaking problem of my car promptly and explained the cause of the problem thoroughly. All the staff was kind, reliable, and personal. I am impressed with their outstanding service. Because the problem was more severe than I thought, I needed more time to make a decision. They charged me nothing for the inspection. They kept making me feel comfortable. I've never experienced this kind of fantastic service in an auto clinic. Daniel, Heather, and Chris, thanks a lot for your help!!

I've been a customer with Aspen Auto Clinic for about 5 years, 4 of them back at their Jet Stream location. Since we moved to South Denver, I was happy to know they have a facility around here. I saw them last Thursday. Their professionalism and customer service carries wherever they are. Go see Heather and team, they will take care of you!

Heather is probably one of the most thorough and helpful person I have ever worked With. She explains everything in detail and gives you the options to chose from. Also, Chris is the only mechanic ever to work on my Land Rover. He is amazing and puts a lot of care into his work.
