I was hoping to be one of the good reviews on here but unfortunately experienced some of the worst communication in a business I have ever experienced. I was told multiple times the they could get me a diagnostic check for my check engine light that evening. After having to fight to get a response from them at all I was told over the next several hours that someone would be coming in 25 min, then 30 min. I canceled any plans I had for the evening and waited patiently, only to never hear from them again that evening. Don't tell a customer you will be able to fit them in/check their car when you apparently have no intention of actually showing up. Luckily I found a different excellent mechanic that has surpassed all expectations in contrast.

They charged me $200 to change a $20fuel filter when that wasnr even in the scope of work to be done. He kept my truck for 3 days and 1 hour after I picked up my truck he started harassing me fpr his online payment. He threatened me to put a claim out on my vehicle over $200 and didnt even give me a chance to walk through my fro t door before he started I'm with the threats! If there is a decent technician working out of my building, Will is not ond of them! And most important my truck is running horribly. I wish I never brought it in! -1 🌟

So 1st off I must start that I don't have good luck with mechanics. But recently I had a freak accident happened to my forerunner I was thinking that maybe I could get it fixed. They gave me a free diagnostic they told me what was wrong. THEY ACTUALLY CALLED ME WOOWWW!!. They told me what was wrong and ask me how I wanted to move forward. Mad respect for this!!!. They changed my timing belt and after several several times of them trying to get the oil sludge cleaned up out of my motor they then CALLED AGAIN!!! Unfortunately it was badd news for my tinge and so. I gave them the chance and had them replace my motor. I was scared at 1st but it end up costing me almost nothing compared to going to a dealership now I have hundreds of thousands of miles less on my motor and it runs a 100 times better than it did before. I gave them a deposit and 2 days later the motor was actually in my vehicle and ready to be diagnosed. I showed up at mid day and it was complete. My car was down for a total of a week. I can't say enough about how awesome these guys are and how truly truly good at what they do, they are amazing at it. MADDDDD RESPECT FOR MY FRIENDS @ BEST MOBILE. sincerly Owner, Shadows Custom Design, Ltd. Jordan Dixon
