LISTEN TO ME!! I have had the most outstanding experience with this shop. Here is the story, at 8am I get to the shop for my appointment to have a motor mount replaced. I, of course, am greeted with incredible customer service by Mike and Bret. The guys in the shop finished the job an hour earlier than they had thought they would so I went on my way. I go to errands and my car was idling funny when I parked so I headed back to the shop without calling ahead of time. They greet me with concern that I was back so soon, and I explained what was going on and the gentlemen took a look at the car, deciding another motor mount should be replaced, they assured me they would work with me and went to work to replace it, in doing this they found that my intake manifold was bad and that was the real problem. The second motor mount needed to be changed anyway, and then I went on my way again, setting up my appointment for a later date to get the intake fixed. THEN, there was an awful squeaking sound and I called Mike and he said he wanted to check it out since it was making noise. My wheel bearing had gone bad!!! So they fixed that too in the last hour and a half the shop was open, until 5:30pm. This shop will absolutely take care of you!!!!!!!! No doubt in my mind, the absolute best people in this whole town. All day long they had to deal with me and my car issues one after another!!!!! Absolutely amazing.

The groupon is very worth it even though you have to schedule out an appointment its worth the wait. They are very fast thorough and friendly. They will even let you know what repairs if any are needed with no pressure to get it fixed there. Great job!

Had a flat tire on Platte (came from construction on Pikes Peak), and was in an unfamiliar part of town... which was a bit stressful... pulled in to ATP (lucky to have the run flat tire) Bret greeted me, and was able to have my car pulled back to take a look and see if it was repairable within a few minutes. Bummer that it was punctured but they were able to get the tire and replace within a couple of hours ALL with nothing but a smile. Great guys, great service and felt comfortable with leaving my car. The price was great, had to replace a tire prior at the dealership (BMW) and it cost me almost double for the same replacement. HIGHLY recommend and THANKS Bret for taking great car of me and the Beem!! :) #ONTHEROADAGAIN

The employees at Auto Tech Plaza were super helpful and provided quick and easy service for my oil change, which I bought on Groupon. The value really was great, they topped off all fluids, and they told me what things needed to be fixed on my car at no charge. The reason I am leaving a 2-star review is because when they told me the issues that needed to be fixed, they quoted me over $3200 worth of work. With a single income, I was freaking out when I heard that amount. After voicing my concerns to my boyfriend, he told me to get my car serviced elsewhere, and referred me to the place his car gets serviced. I ended up getting serviced by Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills, who did all the work Auto Tech Plaza suggested I get done, but for a third of the price. I was pretty disappointed that I almost spent $3200 to get those issues fixed when I could've saved over $2000 at Phil Long. I won't be back to Auto Tech Plaza and hope that customers who do choose Auto Tech Plaza do their research before agreeing to the price quote Auto Tech gives them.
