Wish I could give zero stars. Chris the assistant manager is the biggest dick in the world. I go in last Friday for new fan clutch assembly on my truck. Pick it up Friday afternoon and it sounds like my motor is going to fall out of my truck. I then drive all the way into their shop Saturday morning for them to re look at everything and they say they can’t find anything, bring it back Monday. They just keep saying it’s supposed to be loud when it’s just started (even though it’s doing it for 15 minutes of driving) Dropped it back off this morning. Finally hear it’s ready and they replaced the part. Go back in to pick it up and there’s a big ass dent in my back bumper. Chris has no sympathy, just “take it to caliber they are usually pretty good with us” after admitting the dents fresh and was them. Instead of telling me they backed my truck into something, they waited hoping I wouldn’t notice cause the mechanic knew he did it. So, after not having my truck for three days for a simple fix, and denying my bumper, he refused to show any sympathy and offer to make things right. LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO THERE! I will tell everyone I know to not to not go to this place, most painful experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. I am now going to take my truck to a REAL mechanic for them to check the work Tire World did because I don’t trust them one bit.

Took my car in for front driver's tire. Dropped my car off for 6 hours only to pick it up to find out they didn't touch the tire I took it in for. They found a screw in my back tire which they repaired. They insisted nothing was wrong with the tire I originally took it in for. I know something is wrong because I fill it up every day. The whole time i was checking out I was so confused thinking why would they not fix the tire I took it in for. Then I was charged $50 and i'm thinking whoa that's steep for a tire repair. (The screw in the back tire) Once I got to my car, I looked at the receipt and saw that i was charged for an oil change that I most definitely did NOT ask for OR need. Called the office and they said they goofed p, they thought I took my car in for a service. And offered a credit. Why would I want a credit? I should not have to pay for something I NEVER asked for. And honestly I was made to feel like I inconvenienced them. VERY FRUSTRATED. I paid $50 for something I did not need or asked for. My time is very limited with work so my only off day has now been wasted. My tire I will continuously have to put air in and now my next Tuesday will also be wasted. But honestly, I don't even want to go back to spend another 6 hours for them to fix their mistake. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND REALLY UPSET

Love Tire World! I'm comfortable trusting these guys to tell me the truth about the service my car needs -- a rare trait, sad to say. I'm always surprised how low my bill is. Also, the shuttle drivers are quick and interesting to talk to. We moved out of this Tire World's service area 20 years ago, but continue to cross town twice a year with each car for service.

I have been using this place for my repair needs since I first moved here over 5 years ago. They are my go to for mainenance and heavy repair. I can trust that I am paying for the best labor at a decent rate, they offer a military discount, and any discrepensies are handled with good customer service. I would recommend them to a friend.

I picked up a bolt in my tire and needed to have it fixed. In my college days I worked at a full-service gas station and fixed many tires myself but hadn't seen or needed that in years. I called up to verify that they could do it. They were busy and I didn't have time to wait so I dropped the wheel off at lunch and they had it ready for me later that afternoon for $20.
