I want to Thank Tayshen Automotive on Easton Ave CO. for providing exceptional services to my Son and his girlfriend recently. They were traveling far from home and the car had scary unknown gas pressure type problems. We thank God for sending them to your company. They were treated with friendliness and kindness. The repair needed was diagnosed and fixed and they were on road again. Thank y'all for taking care of my kids. Your honesty and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Thank You from Texas!

Wow! I can’t even describe how amazing the staff and service is at this place. My fiancé and I have been traveling on a road trip for a couple thousand miles now and we ran into some car trouble. We heard that this place was reliable so we came here. Being so far from home made it difficult to know who to go to. But they helped us right away and were beyond accommodating and friendly towards us. Not only did they fix the problem we were having with the car, but they took the time to educate us on the issues and gave us tips and advice for moving forward. The people here are incredibly genuine and are truly looking out for their customers. They aren’t looking to just to charge you an arm and a leg, they are looking to personally connect with you and take care of the issues. It just felt like they truly cared and wanted to look out for us. We haven’t gotten that same care and concern from other any other place. Thank y’all so much! We can’t tell you how much we appreciate it!

Expensive, lack of communication, and vehicle did not start at pick up. :( I do not recommend them.

We have been using Tayshen for ALL of our vehicles that are out of warranty. They are fast, and actually fix the problem the first time! We have tried so many places in Montrose, Telluride, and Delta. Soooo happy that we found Tayshen! Teresa Erskine, Landscapes by Lance Telluride CO

My wife and I are from Missouri , traveling in our Suburban and Airstream. The right front brake locked up coming over the mountains. We made it to Delta. I knew I needed to get the truck fixed but had no idea where to take it. I searched online, found Tayshen Automotive website, read the reviews and went to their shop. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the customer lounge and the shop itself. Robert (the owner) listened to my list of symptoms, took the vehicle on a test drive and gave me his recommendations. He replaced the fixed the brake problem at a reasonable price. What stuck me was he got right on our vehicle, his wife gave me a ride back to the campground. Jayme told me that when vacationers come in for repairs, it is already stressful enough to have an auto problem. They try to fit the vacationer's vehicle in for repairs quickly. I appreciate that. It was stressful but all the staff were professional, courteous and reflected well on the Colorado hospitality. Robert also told me a couple of other things that needed repair and that were within my abilities to do. Which I did. Jayme--- it was a fuse. I heartily recommend Tayshen Automotive for your automotive needs. Thank you for taking care of our problem. Jim Lee Springfield MO
