Stu was very helpful with our recent car purchase. He discovered a serious mechanical issue and with his expert evaluation and diagnosis we were compensated and able to return the vehicle and get our money back. I could not have done it without his help!

I recently took my car to Hummel's Automotive Service and had an amazing experience. Stu was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood what was being done and why. I got my front and rear brakes changed, oil changed, cabin air filter and engine filter replaced, and spark plugs changed. The prices were the best I could find, and the service was top-notch. My car drives so much better now! Stu and the team at Hummel's really went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. Their dedication to providing excellent service and fair pricing is truly commendable. FYI, they also offer free pick-up and drop-off service, which made the whole process even more convenient. If you need any auto repairs, I highly recommend Hummel's. Thanks, Stu, for the awesome service and care!

Stu is a phenomenal business owner and human being. After having my previous car totaled in September 2024, I purchased a used 2018 BMW X1 in October. By November, I had a drivetrain malfunction message which put my car into limp mode. I researched and tinkered for a few days before having it towed to Hummel's. Within days, the crew had poured through codes and determined that my engine control module was toast. An order was placed, and they made sure the rest of my car was in good condition while waiting for arrival. I am thankful for this, because they were able to find hidden rodent damage (!!!) that was pretty extensive. Had they simply installed the new ECM and sent me on my way, it is likely that the same thing would have happened again since there were so many chewed wires that lead to damage. Stu was transparent and kind throughout the whole, now much longer, process. He made sure to reassure me that electrical repairs like these are tedious, can involve trial and error, and that my vehicle was not on the back-burner. I am not someone with a deep understanding of cars, and I feel like Stu has expanded my limited knowledge. He also was INCREDIBLY GENEROUS and again transparent with pricing. Businesses have no obligation to truly do right financially by their customers, but Stu clearly makes that a priority. After we picked up (after being driven there by a complimentary Uber sent by Hummel's), Stu made sure to reach out, thank me, and let him know if anything else happens with my car. This is, BY FAR, the best shop I have taken my car to and the only shop I will continue to frequent. Stu's positive values shine through the way he runs his business and treats his customer base. Thank you Stu, and thank you to the whole crew at Hummel's B&B!

This mechanic team is incredible. I drove my truck here after hearing some loud rubbing noises coming from under my feet in the passenger's side in which made it hard for me to drive. I had just cane from the mountains on a camping trip when my brake caliper area started smoking. I had never been here. I moved here 4 years ago and didnt know anyone around here. I trusted my instincts to go here and get a quote. Im glad I did! From the moment I arrived to the day he delivered my truck back to me (2016 Dodge Ram 1500), I had a great experience. I had given Stu a call before I drove it there and he checked on my a few times throughout the day which I thought was thoughtful. I had been undergoing some financial issues and they hung on to my truck for me for free for a couple of months! I will always call them back. My truck is smooth and I'm so glad to have it back again! Thanks Stu!
