Took my RV in to have batteries replaced in January. They did an ok job but it did take three days. Picked up RV and went to Az snow birding. After a month on road l went to check the 6 batteries water level and to my surprise the Pro Fill watering system for the batteries was not reinstalled with the new batteries I called Diesel Services they acknowledged the issue and instructed me to come in when back form Az. When I returned and called Steve he said the Pro Fill system had gone with the discarded batteries but they would get the system ordered and get me taken care of. Next I visited Deisel Services found out Steve was no longer there and got connected with Nick. Nick said he'd get to work on it. After repeated phone calls he was always working on it and He would give me a call. Then he started ignoring my phone calls by Never returning my calls. So I'm screwed. You will get the same treatment !! Diesel services called me about my review (Marybeth) and wanted to make things right. So I took my RV back to them to have the battery water 💧 system replaced they did so promptly plus’ I had them do some additional work on the engine Every thing went well and I’m very pleased with their work Bruce Hoffman

Very disappointed. They charged me 316$ just for one airbag, just because I was in a hurry. They won’t let you go if they have not enough made money out of you. I think they are deceiver too, they put your truck in shop and don’t let you even get closer or look, shut every doors and do whatever they want with your truck.. Very rude people..

These guys pick and choose their mobile calls. They wont come out if its not worth it to them even though they get paid by the hour. The customer service does not exist either, I had to call after2 days of no one coming out to my farm which is 3 miles away to ask if anyone was still coming. I had to call and ask , they didnt feel the need to call me , I guess my problem wasnt costly enough ro them. According to them thay is, Nick said the manager didnt think it was worth their time. Remember I has to call them, guess My money or my business is not worth it to them. Travis Rieder .

They got me in right away, determined what I needed, procured the parts from out of town and got me on the road same day. Good service, price is right. Great people here.
