Scotty’s was a great help when our car encountered problems on a cross country trip. They were highly recommended by the staff at our hotel as competent and honest. We brought the car to them in the morning and they got us on the road again three hours later. They offered shuttle service to drop us back at our hotel and picked us up when the work was complete. Fantastic! They get my highest rating five thumbs up and five hand claps!

while visiting my brother in law I needed to have the oil in my powerstroke diesel changed. He recommended Scotty's. I went there the service was great and fast and the person at the front desk helped me find a coupon to use! So ten thousand miles and the western US behind we returned to GJ to visit and store our equipment for the winter and I returned to Scotty's! The same great service!

My car required a headlight change that could not be accomplished easily by the Lube service station st Scottys. But they immediately reached out to the under car service line who said they could get it done same day. I drove my car to the other building and they were willing to give me a ride to my house, and to come back and pick me up when the work was done. They thought it would be about 4 hours to complete the work since I did not have an appointment. Not only did they install the new headlights, they found my brake light bar was not working when they inspected all my auto lights. I was contacted by them with the quote of what it would cost, and why. This is the third time I have used Scottys and know I will use them for all my car needs, unless they can't do the work, and recommend I take it back to the dealership. Honest, fair, and do excellent work.

They didn't repair anything. Went to Scottys to get an oil leak looked at and repaired. Also mentioned a rattling sound and just wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue. They had my car for over a week. They didn't repair the oil leak. They didn't even give me a quote. They said they spent their time trying to fix the rattling sound which they stated wasn't going to cause damage to my car. Picked the car up. Oil leak still there rattling sound still there. Huge waste of time. On top of it they were not pleasant to work with. In reply to the owner. Again your shop never supplied me with a qoute. Also they never determined the oil leaks location they told me that in person. Just said it could be a few things. I am not mad about cost rather my time that was wasted and the fact that i wanted my vehicle repaired and it wasnt. Also i did have it fixed somewhere else and no it was not what you listed. It took them one day and I had it back the next. You lost out on money and a costomer. Your loss. Yes you "gave me gas" which I paid for I don't consider things I pay for a gift. My largest complaint is your lack of customer service and the inability to complete a job.
