Just wanted to say this is a sorry excuse for a shop. I went in 06/05/18 with a/c problems. All i needed was to add some freon. Instead the so called mechanic took out what little i had in the system. He said it had too much freon in the system. What a crock. 1st of all he never turned the fan on so it pressurized up the system. And never idled it up a little so he could add freon instead of taking it out. So just to sum it up i wasted an hour of my time and 125.00 went down the drain. They ripped me off and they felt good about it. I called the next day to bring it to their attention, but the woman i was talking to hung up on me. I called back and she sent my call to voice mail. Is that what she does to all the ones that want to complain. She should refund my money but i don't see that happening . I got ripped off. And I'll make sure none of my friends use the sorry shop. And i don't know how the guy working on my truck got certified to be a mechanic. And before i forget i had to clean my steering wheel before i could leave. He left it all greasy. I give them a negative 5 star rating. Instead of Rupp's name it Crooks.

Had a trailer tire swapped and air suspension was not properly adjusted .they fixed it up quick and got me moving .thanks

I can’t thank y’all enough for staying late and fixing my trailer for me! Not only that but being it was a 40’ Gooseneck and y’all still managed to get it done and extremely fast too, I’m utterly amazed and very impressed that I will still make my scheduled drop time!!! I honestly cannot believe how great of an experience I had here. It always sucks to have to have your equipment worked on, especially a surgery like this but y’all made it very easy and cost about 30% less than the competition! Not too mention, y’all do WAAAAAAY MORE than anyone around by working on just about anything with a diesel engine!! As soon as I get parked for the night I will flood the internet with great words about this place. Again, I can’t thank y’all enough for the outstanding job tonight!!

These guys are a life saver! After nearly 8 hrs of waiting at the Rocky Mountain Truck Repair at Ports to Plains for them to fix an AC Compressor.. just to be told they cant get one in for another 5 days....we decided to check elsewhere..headed down the road and saw the sign for Rupps. Within half hour of pullin in we are fixed and ready to hit the road back to WV....this is after bein on road for 10 days...5 days longer than initially planned! We just wanted to get back to WV and these guys jumped into action for us!!! So if ever in Lamar CO...and you have Commercial truck issues, GO TO RUPPS TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR! When my truck broke down in such a rural area, I was worried about the type of service I would receive. But the crew at Rupps got me back on the road faster than i would have imagined. They seemed very knowledgeable and had several men working on it at one time. I cant think them enough!!
