This place advertises cruises at specific times during the day. We arrived at 6:30 to inquire about a 7:30 sunset cruise. No-one was around. Tried the phone 10 times and received a busy signal every time. We went and grabbed hot dogs and arrived back at the dock at 6:50. We ate and waited. At 7:25 a second boat arrived at the dock. The captain of that boat walked up to the boathouse and then back to the second boat. We walked do to inquire about the 7:30 cruise and he said it was not running due to inclement weather. The sun is in the sky and there are very few clouds. The water is calm. Nothing was posted anywhere that they were closed and not running their cruises. Had we known that earlier we could have boarded one of the other three cruises that went out at 7:00 and were actually running. Thanks for ending my birthday on a bad note and breaking the hearts of my two little children.

We rented a mooring ball for a night and paid to take the launch to shore and back to the boat after dinner.

Sign says open at 8 it’s 10:14 no ones here. I will buy my Yanmar else where now.

Horrible experience with parts person and the business in general. Starter failed. Ordered a new starter and had to pick up a mooring awaiting its arrival. Parts person states he could see if it's shipped and it probably has a tracking number but refuses. States we can keep checking in until it arrives, whenever that is. No one else with the business seems to care.
