Never on time. Service department always feeds you with promises that they never keep. Last time I called for an appointment to fix air leak and to get an inspection sticker. Tri State Truck Center scheduled my appointment in 3 weeks. They are busy and I understand it. In three week, on Monday, I had dropped the truck at there service in Shrusbury and John from the service department noticed that it could take 5-7 days to fix the truck and pass an inspection. They will give me a buzz. Fair enough. Thursday, a week and a half after, I called to see what’s going on and found that they even didn’t check my truck, so they will call me next day with the estimate. 10 days truck was at there service with no attention, an I had to pay for the rental truck at full price every day!!! Next day - no call back. Late afternoon I called myself for the estimate. The estimate was not ready, and someone from the service department promised to call me back within 2-3 hours with the estimate. I forgot his name, but he called me back as promised, however told me that they are busy and they will need couple days to fix air leak, break alarm, dom light and pass an inspection. 3 days later I called to check out. John explained to me that everything fixed but the the dom light bulb, so truck can’t pass inspection. However he promised that everything will be ready after tomorrow by 10AM. We showed up at 2PM on a set date. What was my surprise to find out that truck is not ready, no inspection and it still has an air leak!!! John told me that it was some sort of miscommunication and he has to speak with Mike who is aware about my truck and what have to be fix. Already 20 days in Tri State Truck Center with no result. And I still have to rent a truck and eat there promises.

They don't know what they doing they charge me 760$ for diagnostic and when I get the truck was worce

This Place has the most unprofessional management, they performed thousands of dollars of work to my 2016 Freightliner in 2016 and told me it was under warranty. I was told to send a driver to pick it up on a Friday at 6pm. Sent the driver they had him sign the repair INVOICE and told him it was all set. As he was leaving stopped him in the parking lot and told them their tech had left a diagnostic tool in the truck and they need to pull it back in for a second. Once inside they told my driver that they weren't waiting for Freightliner to make a decision on warranty and that I needed to send them a $10,000 check or I couldn't get the truck. We didn't owe them anywhere near that amount. Gave them the check and they refunded us over the next 6 weeks for the thousands of dollars in money we overpaid. To this day Seth in service and Scott in Sales cannot get a straight answer to why our credit account was cancelled. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THEIR SERVICE OR PARTS DEPT. I AM A AAA PREFERRED SERVICE PROVIDER WITH EXCELLENT CREDIT AND I OWN SEVERAL TRUCKS. DO NOT USE TRI-STATE TRUCK CENTER THEY ARE CROOKS, THEY ARE DISHONEST, THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! AND THEY WANT YOUR MONEY WHILE THEY FIGHT WITH FREIGHTLINER FOR WARRANTY WORK. Anyone that would like to verify this review may call me at Bellingham Parts Plus Inc., I have recently moved all my Freightliner Business dealings to RI Truck Center. There will be no response from the owner of Tri State saying they can't verify me like he has done on previous reviews.
