Moved to New location, 178 Morris Ave, Holtsville. Right off exit 61 eastbound or 62 westbound. Great service. Bob took me in right off the street after my brakes locked up on the LIE. Did full brake replacement on both rears at a great price and done same day. Neat and clean shop and knowledgeable staff. Definitely would return. Thanks Bob!

This is in response to Tiph Anderson's review. This is Bob Jr the Operations Manager and technician that came out that Sunday morning on this road service call. The dresser you claim as a 1920's "antique" did get damaged while road testing the box truck you rented from Penske. Your husband never notified me that there was anything in the back of the truck and he came alone with me on the road test. No one had asked me to off load the dresser before the road test. When we got back from the road test and found the dresser was damaged during it your husband had said "don't worry about it we were giving to a friend for free anyway". After we removed the damaged dresser from the back of the truck in which at no time did you come out side nor did we make "eye contact" we took the box truck back out for a second road test. Therefore there was no way that I "peeled away from the scene". You rented a brand new box truck from Penske and called in a road service call for a "noise in the box" Nothing was found wrong with the unit. And finally, we are a preferred provider for Penske and have a excellent rating with them. We do things professionally and efficient. If a customer has a complaint and it is brought to our attention, we address it and fix it. Unfortunately this was not addressed to us directly as a problem, since at the time the customer said that it was not a problem.
