Very good, friendly service but the price was outrageous. they basically wanted to charge me $280 in just labor for 20 minutes of work. I spoke to Mike, he was great, friendly, responsive - so no complaints about the people. I told them exactly what the problem was, the blower motor wasn't working so I wasn't getting any AC coming out of my vents, but they still required to do a diagnostic to make sure it was the problem. That makes sense, I'm no mechanic, so they should check to make sure; it cost $110 just for the diagnostic which confirmed the problem - the blower motor was shot. On top of the $110 for the diagnostic, the estimate was another $380 to fix the problem (parts +labor). After hearing the cost, I searched youtube for how to replace the blower motor and it seemed very simple. I bought the part for $100 and replaced it myself in about 20 minutes. I am not a mechanic, not even a car person who does a lot of work on my own car and it took me exactly 20 minutes to do. I'd have to assume that they can get the same part for as much or cheaper than I found it, and also that a trained mechanic could complete the work in the same amount of time or less than I did it. So basically if the new part cost $100, they were going to charge me $280 for 20 minutes of labor. I get that if they work less than an hour, they'll still charge you for a full hour of work, but the quote was still outrageous. Nice people, but be careful that you don't get ripped off on prices.

Highly recommend. Took my recently purchased car to Gili's and was very glad I did. Honest and speedy. Was what I got, and exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Gili's!

I warmly recommend Gili's. I've been taking my personal vehicles and my company vehicles there for the last 15 years. They have been doing all kind of jobs for us, auto body repairs, routine maintenance, tires replacement and such. They are super honest, super responsive, super professional and their prices are the best. They would always keep in touch, take care of your vehicles as if they were their own, deal with insurance adjustors the best way you can ask for. Their shop is always clean and well organized.

I just bought a used car from a local dealer. It developed a small emissions problem in the first 2 weeks. They sent me to Gili's to have it fixed. Gili's was wonderful to work with and accommodated my schedule. Great people to deal with.
