Had previously taken my 1996 F350 to another shop in town for a diagnostic. When I tried to return to that shop for the repair they told me they were infact closing the business. I was under a time crunch and needed the truck back within 3 weeks. When I first called I had left a message, fearing I had not gotten through I called again the next day. The owner answered after only 2 rings and apologized for not getting back to me yet. I informed him that my truck had been diagnosed at another shop and that I needed it back in a short period of time. Kieth told me that he was exceptionally busy and had a limited staff, but due to my situation was willing to squeeze me in early. All American diesel was exceptional in their detail oriented diagnosis and open communication with me regarding my truck. He found issues that the previous shop had not found. He also was very open and honest with me about what it would take to fix my truck. He gathered several rough estimates for me to weigh my options, even taking time out of his day while I was on the line to call a supplier to ask for prices. Kieth and his staff are the most knowledgeable and easy to deal with diesel repair shop I have had the opportunity to do business with. They are by far the leading experts in the Fredericksburg area for Powerstroke and other ford diesel repair. I would trust them with any make, model, and year diesel truck repair and would be confident that I am getting an honest, no BS assessment.

I hired Keith and his team to "bulletproof" my ford 6.0. The bottom line is they did an amazing job from end to end. Keith took personal ownership of the job, contacting me regularly and frequently with status updates, consistently met deadlines and commitments, and thoroughly tested my vehicle until it was running perfectly, all for a reasonable price. Keith is passionate about his work and has spent his life maintaining high-performance engines, so he really knows his stuff, and it shows in the impeccably high quality of his work. after $200K+ miles on my truck, I have taken it to many, many shops for work and Keith is the best I have found in the past 15 years of diesel truck ownership

After Four other Diesel shops tried to fix our issue over the period of six months Kieth and his crew took the time to actually diagnose our issue and fixed it right. Not only that but they knew we were under a travel time crunch and got us on the road in time. Needless to say these guys are now going to be our go to shop and should be yours too!

Keith and his crew just did a full stage 3 bulletproofing on my 6.0 and my god the truck runs amazing now. I had no issues before getting this done but I wanted the piece of mind knowing that all failure points were fixed. I spoke to many shops in the area and no one wanted to take the time to break down everything they were going to do and why they needed to do it. Keith sat with me and explained everything and even encouraged me to do the research so that I knew he wasn’t just looking to do extra work, which really boosts your confidence in the shop and the work being done. There is no other shop that I would take my truck to. Thank you so much to Keith and his guys for doingy an amazing job on my truck, you guys are the best!

Took my 2000 7.3 here for a diagnosis, they found the issue within a couple days and fixed it. After driving for the past couple months without the issue coming back and my truck running great I felt they deserved a 5-Star review. A lot better Powerstroke mechanic than some of the others I’ve been to, I’ll be coming back here for work.
