Me and my husband were broke down on the side of the road in our camper. We called Peak and they showed up on a Saturday night in just under 2 hrs. He repaired our brake chamber on the spot. His rates were fair and got us out of a pinch on a Saturday night and saved us a bunch of money from getting towed and having to stay in a hotel. I wish there were more people like them in this world. Love is like a circle, no beginning, no end.

Brought in my work truck for minor repairs, Greg at Peak had my truck ready in a jiffy. Greg also took time to notify me of other small issues so I can keep an eye out to get repaired at my earliest convenience. Will definitely be back if another problem arises. The devil ain’t cut out to bring me and my truck down thanks to peak!

We made an appointment with Peak to start the repairs on our F250 Powerstroke for Tuesday Feb. 20, 2018 and explained that we are transit here so we are paying for lodging, a rental car and so on $$$ letting them (Greg) know that it is important for us to get our truck back in a reasonable amount of time. Well I took the truck to him on Monday Feb. 19 and our nightmare began… He promised to contact us when he knew if it would take only a couple of days or a week to repair it. He did not contact us so I tried to contact him… left messages and sent text messages… nothing! Finally on Thursday (Feb. 22) I decided to drive by… my truck was still sitting outside “untouched”… Greg said he was delayed, again I reminded him what this is costing us, he replied by saying “I know what you mean” (I later found out that he uses that phrase a lot)… he said that he should be able to start on it Friday (Feb. 23) and that he will contact me… well OK… Friday heard nothing… Saturday heard nothing… no answers to my messages… On Monday (Feb. 26) still nothing, so I drove there again, got there and he had the truck in the Garage but had not started on it yet, Greg said he is getting ready to start now… well OK hoping I would have my truck in a day or two. I asked him again to please inform me as to what is going on so that we can plan our lives and that I am in desperate need of my truck $$$, again he said he would contact me… Tuesday (Feb. 27) nothing…. Wednesday (Feb. 28) nothing so I drove over again… the left front tire had been removed and the hood was up, he had sprayed some stubborn bolts to soak, that was all he had done in 8 days. He said he was letting them soak for a while. Well I try to trust people before I distrust them besides to get another appointment with another garage would take at least a week so I stuck with Greg. Waited patiently several more days… no response from Greg… I finally got in contact with him he said he had to soak the bolts again. My wife in tears, he was breaking us $$$ and the repair bill is yet to come. This line of behavior continued. On Saturday (March 10) my wife passed Peak Equipment Repair returning from shopping and told me that our truck was outside again, the next day (March 11) I drove to Peak to see if she was mistaking… no, he had put the tire back on to move the truck outside so he could use the bay for another vehicle… my vehicle was unlocked, nobody was there and it had obviously been left unlocked overnight in the parking lot. On Monday March 12 (after 3 weeks of waiting) I drove there again to take my truck to another garage, I asked Greg how much time he had invested in the truck, he was honest and said about 30 min. I explained to Greg that this is not working and that I cannot afford this kind of service and that I would like my keys back so that I can take my truck to another garage, he was understanding and gave me the keys without billing me for the ½ hour. After 3 weeks of waiting nothing had been done so I took my truck to another garage. I have calculated that the 3 weeks of waiting had cost us about $100 a day (around $2,000.00… “so far”) and no repair work had been done! Now we will need to wait another 14 days for the other Garage… another $1,400. He is a nice guy; he apparently works about 15 hrs. a day 7 days a week and I suspect he is a good mechanic but he is a disaster on 2 feet. I could not get mad at him because I have a heart for hard workers but the man is an organization disaster. Unfortunately I must advise you all to look elsewhere to get your vehicles repaired. The other garage repaired the truck for a rounded $2,000, Thanks to Greg (Peak) our overall costs were over $5,400 for this repair. We are not wealth people so this turned into a major disaster for us. Update: As to the owners claim that we were advised to go elsewhere because they were too busy... that did not happen! If that would have been the case then we would have done so immediately... we were pressed for time, who in there right mind would do such!? We are surprised with the owners comment.

Took my Peterbilt truck to them for a major electrical problem that no one else could fix. It took them a few days to get the truck in the door but it was worth the wait and they got me back on the road making money.

Cannot rate low enough. They do not return calls, or update on progress. The last repair took 5 days to grease one item, when asked to do several repairs, and grease entire truck. Owner lied about repairs. Will never return, nor recommend.
