Frank and his guys were great, they helped me get my bus repaired when I broke down and got me back on the road. Frank answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and gave me great advice and provided me a place where I could park my bus until Monday when they could work on it. When Monday rolled around, they were able to make my bus a priority, even though they were slammed with other work. After finally diagnosing the problem and charging my batteries/replacing my starter/fixing the problem they were able to crank my bus back up and get me on the road. While I was there I saw Frank and staff help numerous other truckers get their maintenance done and get back on the road too. Very happy with 441 Truck repair. If you know how it goes at repair shops, you’ll be pleased with this place! Plus it’s located at a truck stop so you can be comfortable while your repairs are done.

I stay busy on the road and forget constantly to write a review for 441 Truck/ trailer Repair. Perhaps some of these reviewers just caught Frank and his shop on a bad day, but I'm thinking they expect too much! It sounds like they expect Frank and the shop to be waiting for their break down and immediately cater to ONLY THEM! I drive OTR and try to ONLY bring my truck to these guys! Believe me, I have many choices throughout the country. Frank and 441 are fair, honest, and do quality work. What else could you ask for? Some examples? On 1 occasion, a dealer attempted to charge me almost $1000 just to diagnose, then several thousand to repair. They were more than double the price of 441 and suggested work 441 said didn't have any problems. On another occasion, similar situation, the shop wanted me to change things that were and still are fine. 441 saved me several thousand that time! Frank and his guys are FAIR and most importantly, they communicate and are EXTREMELY HONEST! I strongly recommend these guys for all repairs major and minor!

He is a thief. Avoid at all cost. Over priced. They do half assed job. They have cut corners on jobs they overcharged. I can't imagine people giving this guy more than one star. Maybe they need to be verified customers. They are probably his personal friends and family giving him 5 stars.

They charged me for “shop materials” which was items he needed to run the shop.. I was lucky because he could have charged me 7% of my bill. over priced tires, this guys is a thief. He looked dead in my face and at that point I knew he was robbing me, work was already done... AVOID at all cost.
