This is my third year straight coming to this location for yearly maintenance --- engine & generator oil change with filters. I also came in for a oil leak due to broken engine cover gasket, water in the front wheel bearings and other issue (loose engine mount discovered during the oil change). I have been never been disappointed with their service and will definitely return again next year. They do top-notch work! Stacy (RV Care Manager) and Will (Service Writer) are great people to work with. They will try to accommodate as much as they can. Great folks! :-) I will be back next year!

We came to this location, everyone was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately our generator is still acting up. This location replaced the air filter and belt, but couldn't figure out what the cause of the issue is. We had called the Cummins location in San Antonio a month earlier and were scared away by the short and rude guy on the phone... but this location was much more accommodating. We called the Memphis location, and the gentleman who answered the phone, seemed like he could care less about helping us out... very much like the San Antonio location. We're going to head t Georgia, the location there seemed very nice and keen to help.

As a Mobile Groomer, I run with a generator all day. Stacy at Cummins Onan has been amazing multiple times in maintaining and repairing my generator

This repair facility treated us with respect and professionalism when our motorhome was having an engine problem. They were up front with us from the beginning of our service to the end. I would recommend them to anyone. It is well worth the drive to get to their facility for service.
