I will start my review with a warning ⚠️ for everyone who will ever decide to use this company “Stay away of this service center “ Thomas Russel it’s the main actor in this company he deserves to be an ufc fighter not a sales associate agent! He quoted me 109$ to do the diagnostic on my truck without to open the hood”ridiculous how professional they are” also to mention they have only one Mechanik there!!! After they did the diagnostic he said that i have to replace the turbo on my truck and the tag bulb, basically I trough a 109$ on the window because eventually I came there with this same problem, to replace the bulb quoted me 45$ really didn’t know that one bulb it’s so expensive!:)) But unfortunately this was just the beginning of the show!!! The estimate to replace the turbo and labor was 4568$ for the turbo was 3540$ and the rest for the labor,so I said let’s changed, after I agreed everything I decided to call the dealer and ask for the price for new turbo and guess what the brand new turbo for my truck was estimated 2723$ with tax included!!!!! I call Thomas and ask him why it’s sk big difference between their price and dealer price and he started yelling on me that he don’t deal with the dealer and this is the fleat price “really 800$ for order of this part it’s insane “ I told him that something it’s wrong and I wanna cancel the order amd he said that they already did some work in 30 min after I left and he will charge me for the labor additional! I ask him to wait for me and do not do some labor on my truck, when I got there he and he’s Mechanik start arguing with me and he said that he has to pay he’s employees and he never sell the parts for the original price!!!! He was ready to fight with me ,very aggressive and very rude I almost was ready to call the cops but decided to leave that place without to look back! After I left their place I decided to verify everything and i found some missing bolts also a passenger side mirror was broken!!! Guys I know that it’s difficult to find a good service center to repair the trucks but be aware of this shop!!! They will rip you off and will damage your truck!!! I will never ever recommend this place to my friends or family!!!! Warning ⚠️ Thomas Russel the guy who will fight with you if something will go wrong!!!!!

I am an over the road truck driver so quality is paramount. This place is great. They are honest, up front, and professional about repairs. For me, this goes a long way. I thought i was going to have to spend a ton for my fix but it ended up being cheap. I really trust these guys. Highly recommended!!!

My girlfriend and I brought our 2005 Dodge Sprinter Van into Abar to have it inspected before we bought it and everyone from the sales team to the service department handled us with respect and took time to explain the vehicle to us. We are not experienced diesel people so the team at Abar went through in detail what needed to be done and how best to go about servicing the vehicle. While we are still just 6 months in with our Sprinter, so far we have been to Abar twice for the original inspection and again to fix the turbo and the staff has been great on both occasions. When we replaced the turbo they found replacement parts so we wouldn't have to order brand new from the factory which saved us a good amount of money. I feel that I have a place I can trust to handle my diesel and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the same.

I recommend this business for truck repair. They're professional and they took care of my semi tractor problem in a timely fashion. The parking lot is a little tight to get a 53' trailer in hence the four stars, but there's a "truck friendly" Days Inn nearby on I-4 where a trailer could be dropped.
