Check out undercarriage rust removal and protective coating. Prevent your truck from going to the scrapyard prematurely?

Ray's Commercial Center was asked to do a tune up of our RV, put in new shocks, and fix a stair. It took them more than a week to get this done. The stairs, which is a motorized descending stairs, only had the motor put in, which cost more than $400 between motor and labor. The stairs still do not descend. They said it needed a control unit as well. The motor and the control unit can be purchased for $260 as a kit. We only have a motor. We disagree that they explained the control unit issue. By the time the RV repairs were up to $1500, we could not afford the control unit with the installation cost. They never called us when it was done. We had to call them. When we got the motorhome back, the battery was dead and they had to jump the motorhome to get it started; the electrical hook up did not work. It worked when we used it last. We called them, and they said they did nothing with the electrical. We still had to call a mobile RV service, which cost us another $125 above the $1500 we had already paid. Two 30 amp fuses were blown. In fact, when we picked up the RV, the battery was dead. Their argument is that they never touched the electrical system that had the fuses blown. Our argument is everything worked before we took the RV to them.

Crooks! Charged me $1,161.00 for a 4hour service call and tech was MIA for 3of those hours. they were called out because hub bolts broke off in my hub. They were to get The broke bolts out and put new ones in.the work they performed on my dump truck didnt even last 1day before all the bolts they put in Fell OUT! Due to them being the Wrong bolts.Called them about the issue immediately after driver called to inform me of the issue.spoke to jane and he's response was he would speak with brett the tech and get back with me next morning. Brett called next morning not jane .I spoke to Dean the owner and ross who is the shop supervisor. They basically told me they did what i asked which is a lie, really i asked them to put wrong size bolts in my truck😒??!! and I owed them $80 for misc parts lol but could not tell me what those were.I would not recommend these crooks. They said they warranty ALL work but yet when i called to inform them of the issue no offer was made to correct it. Update:lawyer has been contacted on 10-27-2017 and we will update everybody on the outcome. Companies like this think they can do this to people and suffer NO consequences for poor actions. This negligence could have cased a Serious accident if not killed someone. We are talking about a dump truck barreling down a road with ONLY1 hub bolt holding the hub on and it was a rear hub. Complete negligence! I was never informed of the$80 that was owed until i contacted them of the issues as well. They make it sound like i just refused to pay The response from rays below are lies. I told jane I did not feel comfortable for my truck to leave out of shop half way fixed and having nearly$1,200 sunk into it. His response was i needed to find a new hub for it,i asked him to do that seeing how they may have more resources to do so, he said they see no numbers on hub which again is untrue. Never said the hub bolts were too hard to get off i said The axel nut was not coming off, Never said i could kiss them haha I honestly felt cheated but was grateful my truck was SUPPOSEDLY fixed and was under the impression my truck was indeed fixed and could hold up until I myself could do something about The hub since they seemed to what No part in repairing it the correct way. I did not perform brake job myself,an ASE Certified mechanic did them and have receipt to prove that. They told me each bolt that was placed in hub could hold 20k pounds. The driver was missing for nearly 3.5 hours so where was he the1.5 hours left?? Nobody at shop could say where he was nor could They contact him. When he arrived back to truck my driver and the tech STILL had to go to napa to obtain the bolts.Again these bolts FELL OUT. Like i said i will update everybody once we've resolved this legally. Dean the owner this morning in a phone conversation said he has never seen me before and will probably never see me again(he's banking on that seeing how I'm not local) they made a final decision to do nothing and that's that.
