If you are reading this review. Please save yourself the trouble and find another place. I sent an ECM in for repair and when sent back, it had more problems with it. I then sent back again and after having to call numerous times, I was able to get a hold of someone who finally told me it cannot be repaired anymore. I am out money for having to have the vehicle diagnosed again the second time and they do not refund all of the money. When I called to call and solve, Andy was the salesperson I spoke with. He was very rude and actually hung up in middle of the phone call when I was trying to see why it came back worse the second time. Would not recommend this company and would suggest going somewhere else. I would recommend using car computer exchange. Much friendlier and more reputable.

Purchase a long block 6.0 with 3/4 complete advertised 18 month parts and labor warranty that's only on block not everything else you buy from them and you have to fight and fight to get your warranty money and they only give you a percent of what you paid to have replaced. Went through 10 injectors; they are aftermarket and they don't rebuild the whole injector when they sell it to customers. Very hard to get ahold of these people, they don't return calls or emails. Give you a run around. Rude people. Don't waste your time here I regret spending 8,900.00 here.

On 9-18-2017, I turned my 2003 Dodge Ram in to a reputable mechanic in Tennessee for maintenance for engine issues. The technician diagnosed my troubles down to a bad engine. Instead of just replacing parts, I chose to purchase a remanufactured engine from Nationwide Parts Distributors. I did some research and their price wasn't bad and it seemed like their reviews were good as well, so I felt pretty confident that I was going to receive good service. Man was I wrong! So I paid over $3000 for a new engine. The engine that I bought (sent directly to the auto mechanic) was found to be faulty. It came with a broken valve. It was discovered by the mechanic during his test drive of the engine. The way it was told to me is that the engine was not installed 20 minutes before the malfunction was found. Of course I was upset about the ordeal at this point; I filed a warranty claim for the bad engine. The engine swap process took about 3 1/2 weeks in total. Once the 2nd engine was installed, the mechanic billed the warranty company totaling $1712. The warranty company only paid $865 of this bill! This difference was due to an estimation system incompatibility between the mechanic and the warranty company. I was left to pay the remainder of the bill, on top of my initial bill, because the mechanic wouldn't release my truck without being paid in full. What was supposed to be a $2000 mechanic charge, became over $2800. I would be a little more understanding if I had good usage out of the engine, but that new (bad) engine was only 20 minutes old! I should not have to pony up that whole bill because of their mistake! Jonathan Brigman was my sales agent and he was not willing to help me resolve this issue! This company is terrible! I would not recommend using their services!

I would give 0 stars if possible! Scammers!!! I cannot reiterate enough how much of a shoddy business this is. They do not return calls honor their warranty claims or have any sense of customer service. I Diagnosed a jaguar ECM bad I Call their sales line in spoke to him guy named Adam and sent them ecm. The initial diagnostic fee was $299. Several days later Adam contacted me and told me that his Was integrated into the circuit board and could not Be repaired the entire unit had to be replaced Take could get me a used ECM for an additional $599. The bill was paid I had to send them the jaguar key and the cluster for them to program it and when I got that back the original problem still existed along with other problems because the ECM was not the correct one for the car. I spoke with a technician a mark who told me that in fact the ECM was not the correct one for the car and then if I resend the computer the key in the - cluster back that they would take care of it and send me the correct part. I have left 10 messages within the last 3 days trying to find out the status of it after having sent it back 2 weeks ago I have still heard nothing they refused to answer my calls ,emails, And any other type of communication. As of writing this My customer and I are preparing to file a lawsuit against the company because they are absolute scammers. Do not I repeat do not ever use this company unless you're prepared to be ripped off..

What a bunch of BS. Sent Nissan ECM for repair, 5 days later I get a cal telling me it is not repairable, BUT, I can buy one of their ECMs for $450. I can buy these rebuilt for less than $200 all day long. I can get a used one with a 6 month warranty for $85, which I did. This place is a mill. They get your ECM and try to overcharge you for a replacement. I wish I looked up their rating with the BBGB before as they have a lot of NEG reviews. Google rating is not great either. Bad business to take advantage of people that may not know any better. Unfortunately, I know better and wanted to not use a company in Miami that had poor ratings. These Nationwide guys are a rip off and so is Module Experts.
