It is a rare experience that one can find a straight shooting mechanic nowadays. Since I've been working in this area, I've brought all three of my vehicles to Neil for service and or repairs along with recommending him to my coworkers and peers. The first time I brought my Explorer to Neil, I relayed to him that the previous time I had it in for an oil change, the service advisor (of one of these nationwide tire / service chains) advised that I needed rear brakes urgently. After assessing the brakes, Neil relayed that there was plenty of meat left on the pads and not to spend the money just yet, that we would keep an eye on them. I was able to get two more years out of these brakes thanks to Neil and his honesty. I would highly recommend Neil and Affordable Auto to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy mechanic who performs excellent work that he willingly stands behind.

I called Neil today for the first time based on the reviews here. Even though he was busy and short one mechanic, he took my call about my 1962 mercedes. He took the time to help diagnose her problem over the telephone. He even went online to make sure he would be able to find the parts needed. I could tell that he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. You just don't get that type of personal service in Miami today. I should know. I was born here. Right out of the gate, I was impressed.

Great experience and a mechanic you can trust. I brought my son's car into the shop for the first time last week for a gear box stripped bolt. Neil had the car for less then 2 hours and my son was back on the road. Price was very reasonable. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and I'm sure you will be also.

I am a happy customer. My car overheated a month ago, and I found this shop on Google Maps. Considering high ratings, I decided to take my car to Neil's shop. He was very honest since get-go. I made some assumptions but after his inspection, he told me that the issue was smaller than what I first thought. Not only he fixed my issue quickly but also it was very affordable. The whole experience was positive. I'd highly recommend his shop.
