The experience was pleasant from the start! Mark, the boss, who assigns the mechanics, was a sheer pleasure to speak with, very kind and caring. Mark was upfront about pricing and procedure. Everything was explained very clearly on how the process would go with the mobile mechanics, and it ran exactly as Mark said it would. Mark sent out JP and Sean to fix my starter and from the start the communication was phenomenal. JP and Shawn made sure to communicate the same procedure as Mark did and also make sure that I was comfortable with it as Mark did and then we started the procedure. The parts are bought first, JP and Sean were very thorough on making sure they were getting the correct parts for the correct car and did a great job communicating with me throughout that process. Next was a communication in route to me and they kept in touch throughout the journey due to traffic being heavy . When JP and Shawn arrived on site, they were all smiles, great attitudes, ready to get to work, and very, very kind. The work was done in a timely manner. They were very cautious and conscious of what they were doing and communicated throughout the process of repairing my vehicle the pricing was fair and absolutely worth it. The thing that strikes me the most about Mark, JP and Sean is that they all took great pride in treating me with the upmost respect and kindness. They took great pride in their position, their work and their customer centric mentality. If you are anywhere near Miami, north, south or surrounding, please give this company a call, you won’t be disappointed!

I called on a Sunday and within 2-3 hours Eddie was sent to my location to diagnose why my car wouldn't start. He explained my options thoroughly and what the smartest route would be. Extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable! Due to the part not being available day of, he returned next morning and completed the repair in less than the time estimated. This company really cares about service, I even received a follow up call after the diagnostic visit to ask how it went. You won't get that feeling that you're being taken advantage of as a woman that many mechanics capitalize on. I will absolutely use this company again for any future issues I have!

I highly recommend this business. Mark was very professional, got me scheduled immediately and followed up after the diagnosis and completion of the job. Adam was the mechanic that performed the work and was hands down the best mechanic I’ve experienced. He was extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable and communication was excellent.

I am so grateful for Mark and his team for being there during my car crises! On two different occasions i’ve reached out to Mark and he always had one of his guy’s readily available to check out my vehicle. This last instance my alternator completely gave out in fort Lauderdale and I live in Miami. Mark sent Eddie who was super kind and helpful throughout the process! Eddie replaced my alternator and not long after, I was back on the road. Mark and his team are my new mechanics. I will continue to to use their services. I highly recommend them, especially to any woman who may need assistance with their vehicles on the road. Mark seem to have a genuinely, honest group of men that anyone can trust! Also, thank you to Stephen for helping me out the first time!! : )

I would highly recommend this place. It is very hard to find a good mechanic but they were excellent and capable to solve the issues with my car which was already inspected before and they couldn't determine the problem. Do not hesitate and choose this place.
