In October 2017 I had brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado to Mr. Sullivan due to it needing a new motor from gas being put in the diesel lines at racetrac gas station. Anyways, my insurance covered the damage, thank god, and paid Mr. Sullivan, in full for motor and labor, not to long after we took it to his shop. Well it took him 3 months to even find a motor. When he did FINALLY find a motor and put the “deposit” down on it, it took another 2 months for the motor to even get to his shop all the while telling us it should be in next week. When “next week” finally came he told us there was a small leak in the motor some where that was easy to fix and he could have the part the Next day. A month went by and the part had come in and nothing was done with our truck. He has been telling us every week for the past 8 MONTHS that we should be getting our truck the following week. HE HAS HAD MY TRUCK FOR 8 MONTHS JUST TO PUT IN A MOTOR THAT HE ALREADY HAS AT THE SHOP. Not to mention, my insurance only paid for a month of a rental car. So for the past 7 months I have been without a vehicle having to bum rides from my family to and from my full time job, errands, appointments, child care for my daughter all because this man is just refusing to fix my truck. After I get my truck back I will NEVER take any vehicle of mine back to him and I will be sure that no one else I know does either. This whole ordeal has been absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional on his part. The only reason I am giving him a 1 star is because I couldn’t post it with no stars.

So thankful to have found Sullivan's! We are visiting the area from out of state. Our truck had a mechanical problem. Drove into Sullivan's in the afternoon, the mechanic came out and found we had a bad water pump. He ordered the pump and fixed our truck the very next morning. The job was great and at a very reasonable price! Thank you Sullivan's for helping us out and getting us back on the road so quickly. Wonderful place, wonderful service, great people!!!
