WARNING!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY & OWNER STEPHEN BURGESS. WE CONTRACTED HIM TO SERVICE/REPAIR A BOAT WE PURCHASED UNDER HIS RECOMMENDATION THAT HE COULD REPAIR FOR US. HE NEVER SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. HAD US PURCHASE A PUMP FOR OUR A/C WHICH WAS NOT THE RIGHT PUMP FOR OUR BOAT, PUMP BURNT UP AND HE REMOVED TO HAVE REFURBISHED OVER 2 MONTHS AGO WHICH WE HAVE NOT HAD RETURNED BACK TO US. THE 1000 HOUR SERVICE INCLUDED REPLACING HOSES THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND AFTER TAKING TO MARINEMAX IN ST PETE WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE NEVER REPLACED & STEPHEN BURGESS SAID HE NEEDED THE FINAL PAYMENT TO PURCHASE THE HOSES. WE HAD TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL A/C MARINE TECH WHICH ADVISED US THE PUMP STEPHEN HAD US PURCHASE WAS THE WRONG PUMP FOR OUR BOAT. WE HAVE GIVEN HIM OVER $8,000.00 IN REPAIRS/LABOR AND 3 MONTHS LATER STILL HAVE A BOAT WE CAN NOT TAKE OUT WITHOUT CONFIDENCE. WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER DIESEL MECHANIC TO FINISH THE JOB STEPHEN BURGESS DID NOT FINISH AS PROMISED. WHEN WE FINALLY GET A HOLD HIM HE STATES HE WILL BE OUT ON A SPECIFIC DAY AND NEVER SHOWS UP AND THEN THE CYCLE OF US TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF HIM STARTS OVER AGAIN. WE HAVE CUT OUR LOSES WITH STEPHEN BURGESS. WE HAVE LEARNED IN ST PETE DO NOT GIVE ANY $$ UP FRONT IF ASKED FOR AS YOU WILL LEARN YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE THAT YOU ARE PROMISED!!!!
