Great customer service! Same day appointment for a vehicle inspection. The service only took 15 minutes. I will look to PCAW in the future for vehicle repairs. One improvement I recommend is to advertise the location better with signage.

Honest mechanics that try to find the best deal on parts, not just go straight to the dealer. I had a vehicle I took to three other shops and no one knew what was wrong. I thought it was going to cost me over a thousand dollars, but they figured it out and it was just a hundred. I also have brought it in for one thing and they figured out something cheaper. I only recommend this place.

My car had a leak and I had recently moved and needed it fixed quickly, they were able to get my car in within a few days of calling (compared to other places who are booked for weeks) and got it done in one day! They kept me updated and made a follow up call just to make sure it was still working fine days after I got it back. The only downside is they are a little expensive but still cheaper than a lot of other places. 10/10 will go back to get anything else I need done.

Saved me a ton on a part the manufacturer wanted to charge much more for. Be sure to check them out if you need anything done on your vehicle. Great customer service all around. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time at Pearl City Auto Works a month or so ago, and my experience here was great! The lady working at the front acknowledged us at all times and made sure we were updated on the process whenever there was a change or to let us know if our vehicle will take longer or less amount of time to be finished. It is smack dab in the middle of a shopping center with great local businesses, which is very convenient and nice to walk around and check out. There were alot of businesses that I did not know existed there. Then once my vehicle was done, the cost was better than the shops I called around Pearl City/Aiea and less than was estimated by the employee to get my reverse lights fixed on my 2004 Mazda 6! Overall, great shop, great prices and outstanding employees. We will definitely be coming back to get our other vehicles serviced here, along with our Mazda 6. I will also be recommending them to friends and family.
