Fast and prompt service. Good location, just give minutes away by foot from Costco and eateries. Gives you something to do while waiting for the service to be completed.

I always take my cars for repairs to Goodyear waipio. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I trust them to do good work. Their pricing is competitive so I'm more than satisfied with the outcome. Once I took my car in and they let me know that it had a blown head gasket and not worth it to fix. I expected to pay but they didn't charge me for the diagnostics. Another time I had warranty work done on my car and they took care of the problem right away. I hope they maintain their business ethics for ever. We need more trustworthy shops like this.

Came this past Saturday (11/4/17) afternoon for car safety inspection. Was waiting in the lounge, for what I thought would take an hour, max. But was there for almost 3 hours!!! First hour had passed, finally customer rep came to tell me that they have to replace my brake lights, and was also told my battery wasn't the right size; I thought why would it be a concern? I had it for over a year and never had any issue with it. So another lady came to tell me I got the wrong size battery that's why my hood wasn't closing well. I said I just had it for just a year and what am I going to do with another battery. She then told me I won't pass my inspection unless I get it fix. I was confused but I needed to get my safety inspection done since mine already expired 4 days ago. So I gave in and said okay go ahead. An hour had passed & getting angtsy, I asked how long more? I was told they just got the battery, i dont know from where they got it, it took forever. I was then informed that the 3 brake lights all burnt out after replacing them. Possible issue with brake switch so they suggested electrical diagnostic to confirm. However, since they don't have enough time I was told to come back Monday. I was issued the failed inspection, though. Now, because they issued me the failed inspection, I can only return to them to get my problems fixed. The diagnostic would mean another fee. I came back first thing Monday. Diagnosis was the stop light switch was bad so they have to install a new one. Great, another installation fee, which is 4x more than the cost of the installed lamp switch. Okay, I waited. An hour had passed, no one was really updating me of what's going on...installation of a lamp switch shouldn't take that long. Another hour had passed I finally asked the lady in the front why it's taking so long??? I still have to go to work!!! Only then she told me because they have to get the parts from sand island. Why can't these people be upfront with their customer that they don't have parts in-house and that it might take a while to get the car fixed or advise customer to may be come back in 3 hours. They don't even have coffee to offer to their waiting customers. This entire horrible experience had cost me my time and money!!! A. Total of 6 hours waiting, poor communication from the staff, and feeling of being ripped off. B. The battery they replaced cost me $219 + $39 installation fee. Miscellaneous parts, labor and diagnostic fees total of over $300. My entire bill came out to $365.86 on Saturday and $207.41 on Monday. My initial safety inspection led me to amassed a whooping total cost of $573.27 not to mention the 6 hours of waiting!!!! By the way, total cost was after they took $20 off my total bill because I made it known to them I wasn't happy with the entire service Please do not be fooled and go somewhere else. Read the reviews of people who had similar experience. Bottom line is, this business is ripping off people who they thought are vulnerable like women like me; don't get your safety inspection last minute that's when these crooks will get you, you will have no option but to give in, and lastly follow what your guts tell you. The moment I walked in, i already felt it these people can't be trusted...the lady in the front may sound friendly but fake.

I would not take my car here except for oil changes and or tires (figure an hour to an hour and a half for a oil change). Any mechanical issues they seem to always have a very difficult time resolving.

Strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else!! Very poor vehicle service, customer service and I really feel they were dishonest! I usually never write reviews, but this was such a bad experience that it makes me feel better to warn others of this potential disaster Took my truck in because Air Conditioner was not working properly. Needed new compressor, core, and valve. I get the truck back 10 days later and it is now making a strange noise from the compressor, plus they couldn't even do a simple tire rotation while they had the truck for that amount of time, which they originally charged me for. Bad management!! All this time they have the truck, I have to call them for updates When I take the truck back to them to get the noise taken care of, they play ignorant and can't hear the noise. My 4 year old could hear it from the back seat, but their trained mechanics can't. Huh? They finally take it in and they have it another 9 days, telling me all the while they took the A/C apart again and replaced all the parts and it's still making the noise. If that was the case then I can assume one of two things, either the Mechanics are incompetent, or that they are dishonest and didn't actually look into the problem. Either way, I wouldn't bring my vehicle back to them in the future because of those two options. While this was going on, I asked to speak to the manager or owner and I was told the people in front (answering phones) were Managers. When I asked to speak to the owner at his convienence, on two different occasions, I never got a response back. This tells me, that they really don't care about customer service, or once again, the people up front (Managers) are very incompetent. I'd probably have to say it's both! I guess I was in the wrong for taking my vehicle to them to fix they A/C, when really all they should stick to is tires.
