Not a very good experience with these guys, and that's putting it lightly. Called them regarding some warranty concerns as within a week of picking up the CPO'd car I noticed a crack on the inside of the windshield. They asked for a text with pictures of the window. Kawika, the guy asking for the text, hasn't responded in 4 weeks after he told me he would be consulting his management. Today, I got a voicemail from Maurice asking if everything was ok with the car. I told him about the window and the squealing brakes, apparently he hadn't been told about my problems with the car. I also asked about the registration, and he told me to contact the finance manager without providing a name or any other pertinent contact info. This car should have been registered weeks ago by the dealership. Service to these guys is purely focused on selling you a car. Once they have your money, there's precious little they provide in the ways of customer service. Learn from my mistake and misfortune...buy a car on the mainland sight unseen and ship it over. You'll have better luck with service.

Called me and told me my vehicle was ready to be picked up and when asked what was the latest time I could come get it depending on when I got off work and when I arrived the next day to pick up my truck the manager with the keys, to the vehicles that were blocking my truck, had left to go home. I asked the rep to call him back and have him allow me to get my truck out and he refused to do so. Absolutely poor planning and job responsibility.

Going to this dealership was one of the worst dealership experiences, it just felt slimy. They pushed from the start to fill out a credit application to apparently get me in the system, sorry I want to pay cash and had to explain that multiple times from the start. Also, be very careful with their write ups, they double charged multiple items such as their highly desirable $1995 protective coating for the car. I spent most of my time waiting while they were in the back, it took 3 people and they still couldn't get their numbers to match. This place was a good representation of why the dealership process is broken. I'm just unhappy and disappointed that the Chevy brand is represented this way.

Great friendly staff made the experience easy. Only thing you can't count on is the detailing shop. They do awful work and I have bought two car from them in the last year. If I owned a dealership no way I'd send cars off the lot the way they do. The customer service is top notch just be prepared to clean what you buy new or used as I have done both from them.
