Decided to buy a 2013 peterbilt from them. Called on Friday and talked to Kori. He gave me more info on the truck and his cell. It was Memorial Day weekend. On Monday I texted him asking if it was ok to come by and take a look at it on Tuesday as we were coming from Portland OR. He said ok 1pm is fine. This was Monday night. On Tuesday me and my dad drive out to go to Boise. 6 hour drive. We are pulling up on the exit and the salesman call me saying he is sorry but someone called just now and put a deposit of 5,000 on the truck and is flying in the next day to look at it. We pull up to the dealership as we were a few minutes away to look at it. We did just drive 6 hours to see it. The salesman informs us that the person offered 80k for the truck and if we match it he will sell to us. ( 82,000 asking price). We told him that we had agreeded on 75,200 and we're here ready to buy. Turns out the guy didn't put a deposit of 5,000 but offered more than we did and the choose him and put us on the back burner. We met the manager Mike who acted like I was some young kid and told me that we didn't want the truck that we weren't the type of people to drive it. We needed a cowboy hat and belt buckle to be behind the wheel. He told me if we had a check for 75k right now he would sell it otherwise he will give it to the other guy for 80k. We had financing set up but they wouldnt be able to wire funds same day. Basically we made a deal, drove 6 hours and got turned down when we pull up because they found someone who was willing to pay more. If that was the case at least have the decency to apologize and try to make it right. We will never go to any Rush dealerships because of this experience.

Arrogant, A-hole at the counter, left me standing there 10 min when I came in to get my truck. so he could finish his conversation about how to cook a turkey with a co-worker. That's AFTER he let me standing there when I dropped off my rig. Both times someone ELSE had to come help... If you call it that. If it weren't a warranty thing, I'd never go back.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Mechanics steal out of your trucks when they do the maintenance on them. Have had numbers of things stolen out of our trucks. They need to really evaluate all their mechanics.
