All I can say is that your not going to beat these guys when it comes to complete customer satisfaction! I have leaned on Brian's team to recommend and provide myself and my customers with top quality parts and recommendations. Diesels and off-road is not only their expertise, but also their passion! When you combine the two, you will find it hard to beat what it is they have to offer! They have proven to be leaders in the industry time and time again!

They gave great advice and sold me exactly what I was looking for with better than expected performance results. Parts arrived when they said they would and quickly. Their customer service is great and their online chat is very helpful. They answered every one of my questions. They're very professional and local to Spokane. Definitely going back for my next upgrade.

Outstanding customer service and a wide selection of parts for even the older models. I ordered a Diamond Eye exhaust system for my 96 F350 Powerstroke and it sounds great! Thanks to Jessica for extra time spent helping me sort out shipping. Will recommend!

Ben and Jennifer along with everyone else at diesel power products has been great to work with. Had several issues with miss handling of an exhaust system by UPS causing it to show up severely damaged twice. Jennifer was amazing at getting damage claims taken care of and processed right away. However she is a very busy person so you may have to call her instead of her returning your calls or emails. That is very understandable. Ben was also great at helping with the two seperate damaged exhaust systems and getting a solution worked out. He is very puntucal at returning phone calls and replying to emails. Over all my experience was great. Prices were exceptional, handling of issues none of which were diesel powers products fault were handle for the most part in a very timely matter and they had everything I ordered in stock and actually got to me way ahead of the ten day free shipping date. I will definitely be ordering from them again very soon. Thank you to everyone at diesel power products. I'm excited to be able to finally install this exhaust system and the multiple other parts I ordered once i get back to Colorado. Edit: I can't say thank you enough to Ben and Jennifer. Just got all the parts from my second order and what can I say other than again amazing customer service. Had a slight issue with UPS losing one part during shipping of a multi price order. Called Jennifer and she had one to me next day. I can't recommend Diesel power enough.

Bought a crossover pipe from them to replace a old one that was leaking badly. I installed the part as the instructions said, I know how to Install a simple oil line. When I started the truck the crimp at the ferrel came undone and it blew apart spraying every where, obviously a light crimp. A defective part. I called and tried to get a new one under warranty. At that time they insulted my intelligence saying it was a installation error and I would have to buy a brand new one. Well now I'm stranded for the next few weeks bumming rides to work. Thanks diesel power products!!! Poor customer service they did not get back to me in a timely manner at all. Please contact me and fix this, Diesel Power Products. UPDATE: thank you for the call back Ben, I happily accept the shipping label, it's just upsetting that you replied back faster to a poor review than to my real problem. I hope you will still be able to help me in a timely manner like you did today.
