I have been to Meineke several times in the last few years and have always had excellent service. I applaud the company for being efficient and upfront when fixing my cars. I appreciate this business and am glad to see them busy every time I come in for service!

Went in for a simple oil change. $150 and a hour and half later I went home. My F350 ran rough all the way home (20 miles). When I got home I looked under the hood and found my air filter was put half ass back in, absolutely not sealed on the back side. Then I check my oil and found it didn’t even register on the dipstick. I put in a little more the 8 quarts. I usually do my own oil but just recently had shoulder surgery so I gave them a chance. By far the worst $150 I’ve ever spent.

I have been taken my car to Moscow Meineke ever since they opened. I have been very happy with the service they have provided. The owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish them all the best.

These guys have great deals. They are honest and professional. Even when they are slammed they will take the time to come out and look at your car if you have an emergency or need to have them take a quick look at something.

Man... I really wanted to like Meineke. I've taken my car there for probably 6-7 oil changes, and I think the owner Matt does care... but it's not enough to make up for their sloppiness. The first time I took my car in they cracked the oil tray. When I discovered the leak, they charged me for the replacement parts. I was upset, so they eventually comped the labor, which helped, a little. I took my car there another 4-5 times with no issues, until today. I took it in for another oil change + check up, and when I came back to pick up my car I discovered grease streaks all over my driver seat upholstery. Seriously, what the hell? I understand mechanics get oily, but put some paper down or at the VERY LEAST tell me about the streaks when I'm paying for your service. Or offer to wash them out. Instead I'm left feeling disrespected, shiested, and in search of a new car mechanic. Skip Meineke. It's a game of roulette that's just not worth it.
