Today I had a breakdown on my freightliner LITERALLY DIRECTLY across the street from FREIGHTLINER. As usual, as I expected, it was gonna take a few days to fix. But THEY said it was gonna take a few days to even LOOK at it. FEELING DEFEATED, I decided to Google "diesel mechanics in st Louis" SEVERAL companies came up but most had discouraging reviews. But THIS company had positive reviews dating back for YEARS. So I decided to give them a call. OMG! Not ONLY was the bill WAY less than I expected. But in my 11 years on the road, in and out of shops all over the country, I've NEVER been fixed the same day. Lord forbid anyone having to experience a breakdown. But if you ever do in the st Louis area, NO QUESTION who to call first.

I took my truck there to get a diagnosis because my truck has a loss of power and a little black smoke. They said it will be a couple days before they can look at it. It took them 8days to look at it. Said they couldn't continue to look at my truck because they had problems communicating with my ECM. Emailed me an invoice for almost $1000 . I asked them to explain why they are charging so much but never did. All I asked them was how many hours they worked on truck and what they charge per house because it's not listed on invoice. They never did. To make matters worse, I drove the truck there just fine, but I had to pay another $400 to get towed out of shop on top of the $1000 smh. Doesn't seem fair .
