Great customer service, saved me and family lots of money when bigger dealerships say we needed a bunch of parts $3200.00 worth..... TC auto told us all we really needed to do was replace a catalytic converter ($600.00) and would be fine. We replaced cat and have been to Tennessee twice in last two years and no problems. These guys are not like the big companies. They want your business and a repeat customer. Thanks TC AUTO

Take your vehicle to a real shop. This guy had my vehicle for three weeks to install a engine which isn't to big a deal but when they tell you 3 or 4 days it starts to get to you. I called after four days because I hadn't heard from them and they let me know they didn't even have the new engine in it shop yet...the least they could have done was let me know. I was patient and gave Caleb a opportunity to make it right but he walked out on me and said " I better leave before I get pissed"... wow. Told me he "didn't need my business"... Not only that the truck had a check engine light on and I spent over an hour at the shop waiting for them to get it right. Bunch of clowns with terrible customer service. Vacuum lines left off everywhere i cant believe it even ran. Truck didn't make it a week and wouldn't run due to plug wires melting off of the plug. It would have helped to reinstall the heat shields for the plug wires. I'm afraid what else I might find. There is a reason these guys are the cheapest around... They cut corners and do the bare minimum. Maybe your experience will be different than mine. Bad business.
