We had a tire blow out. I called them and priced a tire around $100. We brought the rim in and were patiently waiting while they put a new tire on. A tech had come out and told us it might be a while and they could call us then the tire was ready. I wasn't even out of the parking lot when they called and stated my tire was ready. It was very quick and they were happy to help. I would have given 5 stars, but the communication was a bit off between the employees and myself. All in all it was a good experience

Very helpful. They installed a battery for me and that is when we first met. They stayed open late during a cold snap to make sure all their customers were taken care of and safely back on the broad. I was so impressed that I came back for four new tires and was rewarded with the same friendly caring people. Such a treat to have a business like this in Fort Wayne.

-got my winter tires put on. They gives good service and sideways match prices. The manager knows who I am just from hearing my voice in the telephone. He is pretty cool. He is like the Father who teachers his son his to take care of cars!

Went for a possible alignment issue and with their free inspection we found a ball joint issue instead. The mechanic Shawn was very thorough in explaining and giving alternatives . have another car I'm definitely taking to them. Its pretty far from my house but the best Patriot store.
