One of the best and honest auto shops I have ever been to. They have awesome mechanics and outstanding customer service! They really care about people, not just their customers, they genuinely care about helping you. I will definitely be bringing my car back here and recommending them to everyone. Thank you for being such a great shop, honest mechanics are hard to find and I'm lucky to have found D & J's automotive.

Since we moved into the area three years ago, I've been looking for a place (other than the overpriced, uncaring dealership) to take our vehicles for regular services. A friend recommended D & J's and we are so happy with them. They are honest and employ very skilled and knowledgeable technicians. Great customer service and very friendly! You won't regret going here!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I took my wife's car to this place based on the reviews it had and how close it was from our location. I'll start with the customer service experience. We dropped the car off on a Thursday and needed it back the following Thursday to get to work, so it was there for a week. The New Years Holiday was on Monday so I do understand not working on that day but there was ample time to repair the vehicle based on what needed to be done. That being said, we checked on the status of when the vehicle would be done on Tuesday and we were informed it would be done Wednesday. We still hadn't received a phone call by 5 PM Wednesday evening so we called them and it was apparent that they hadn't performed the repairs yet because they told us they hadn't and wanted to know if they HAD to stay late to do it. Obviously we were annoyed because they told us the vehicle would be done on Wednesday and they hadn't even started on it yet, and we needed the vehicle the next day to get to work. They called us around 9 PM that night and told us we could come get the car. It was clear they were annoyed they had to stay late and when we arrived the mechanic that had worked on our car had already left and left his co worker there to bill us out, and he informed us that he couldn't give us any additional information on what else the vehicle needed in terms of repairs because he wasn't the one who worked on it after he gave us another customers receipt. I asked him if there was someone i could talk to so we could figure out what was going on with the car and another guy (possibly the manager) explained what else the vehicle needed and apologized for the smell of the vehicle because he said he didn't have enough time to wash it off all the way. He also told me that they would call me the following day for an estimate on the remaining work that needed to be done, STILL/NEVER RECEIVED THAT PHONE CALL but it didn't matter because we knew we were going somewhere else at that point. That was the customer service experience. As for the work performed on the vehicle we took it in to get the coolant lines replaced. I just left the Chevy dealership and they informed me that the lines are not clipped in the correct way, so they also failed in terms of the work performed. So overall the car was not ready when they told us it would be because they forgot about it, the customer service experience was terrible and the work on the vehicle was incorrect. If i could give zero stars I would, I will never go back to this place for anything, I have no idea how it has good ratings, the condition of the building is not great, and this whole experience was as bad as it gets.

Best place I’ve ever had my car worked on! They have fair prices and excellent customer service! The mechanics know EXACTLY what they’re doing! The staff treated me like family! I will never go anywhere else as long as I live! ❤️❤️❤️
