This is the worst roadside service I have ever seen. He did a job that was only 2 hours and charged me 4 hours. Very rude person. We had a 9AM appointment but he came at 1:56pm. I kept calling him and every time he would say he will be there in 10 minutes. I guess that should have been a sign. Never use this dude. Terrible customer service.

Doesn't know how to keep an appointment. He was 5 hours late, lying every time I called. Extremely high hourly rate that is not worth what he did. Extremely rude. Never use this person for your truck no matter the need.

Someone using this companies name attempted to charge the company I work with for repairs never made. No one had the truck in their possession. Under further investigation I discovered this is not the first time this has happened, please be aware of anybody posing as this company and if they charge you do yourself a favor and investigate the charges.

I had a diver blow a coolant line when it was eleven degrees outside. The first mobile service showed up and declined to do the job because it was too cold for a job that would take that long. All American showed up, brought my driver coffee and cold medicine because he mentioned he was sick during his initial phone call, and then stayed all night to complete the job. My driver said the tech was the nicest mechanic he has ever met. Great service.
