One of the mechanics made rude remarks to me because I asked him to fix a mistake. I then went inside and the guy dave continued the crappy attitude that the first guy gave me. Then when I got upset he tried to gas light me. I would not suggest them and I will never go back. I spent a lot of money and they acted like I was stupid or something.

Doug is the best! We got stuck on the side of the highway and had no idea where we were. We called him to see what he could do and he went above and beyond. He worked on our car first thing in the morning since we didn't get to Hays until 8. He helped us with everything and was a fair and honest mechanic. He knows what he is doing but even more important his personal touch on making sure we were happy made it the best experience. I would highly recommend going here for all your car needs!

failed my inspection for windshield wiper blade lol they really try to squeeze every bit out of everyone that comes in. you guys can only get away with ripping people off when they don't have any idea about cars. btw I got my inspection somewhere else, and no state inspection is not the same everywhere, some people are kind enough to help you save some money, and people that work in ward's will tell you they are trying to make sure you are safe and recommend every repair in the book to you. learn about car, be smart, don't believe everything shops tell you
