People there have a problem living up to their word. Took generator in Monday. I was asked if I wanted to wait or drop off. I dropped off. Wednesday I called. She woman said she would check with mechanic on status. I called again in an hour. She hadn't checked. She checked n said I would be next. I went and picked up my generator. Why would I believe them after 2 false statements.

I haven't been here in quite a few years. They still have the best setvice around. Rob looked at my generator and sand all I need is some oil. Thank you

Had problems with generator on boat. Repair guy worked most of a day fixing everything but the problem. After $ 1000 still don’t work. Had one one else come out and in 15 minutes said it was the heat exchanger. He took it off and cleaned it and generator ran perfect. Mr Kennedy came to y boat after I complained. He even agreed he would have thought hat also. Asked for a partial refund three times and no reply. Dishonest way to do business. Bob Plovanich

My onan generator on my camper would not start so I brought it to Kennedy. I did not have to drop it off and come back as they diagnosed it and replaced the carburetor on the spot. The parts were higher than I had hoped but I'm back on the road. Cool.

Disappointed. Day one- called to see if they could look at my diesel generator on my rv. Lady told me either we could bring the rv there and plug in or a mechanic could come to our rv at the park since we live in the rv. Lady called back and said a mechanic would come to us. Didn't think about it and paid three nights at a park near by so we would be close. Day two- Mechanic calls and questions coming out saying it would be about an extra 100$ if he made two trips. Ok, that's not bad so he came out. Had to go back to the shop for a relay to change. Changes the relay and thinks it may be the starter but says he can't diagnose that. And notes he would hate to take it out and that not be the problem. We suggest an auto electrical place. He agrees that's a good idea since he can't diagnose the problem. Never mentions that we should take the rv back to his shop. Day three- we showed up at the auto electric shop and they can't understand why the Onan dealer didn't diagnose out issue. Called Kennedy to ask the same question and was told that the customer requested to go to another shop so thats what they did. Tried to explain that we did not want to go to another shop but the mechanic stated he could not diagnose any further. Manager then said that if we had brought it into their shop he could have diagnosed the starter. But that was never mentioned the day before. That conversation turned into them calling back several time to explain why we were left with a 400$ bill and no diagnosis. Since that time they've apparently called the other dealer who has now called back to say they can't help either. Out 400$ and still no running generator. Hope to find another dealership that can work with us. I'm not one to put up negative reviews. This place has a great reputation but the communication between front desk, service and Managment is disappointing. And apparently thanks to us they will not be making off site service calls to rvs. But they will I'm assuming for boats.
