Best customer service I've ever experienced. Staff was very professional. They kept me informed of my cars status at all times. They also provided a detailed synopsis of the issue with my car followed by the resolution, which was completed in a timely manner. Overall I was more than satisfied with the service provided.

I was fortunate enough to meet the owner & staff of this incredible establishment through my father a few years ago, & they've given me many reasons to keep coming back. Most recently they helped me resolve an issue with my daytime running lamps on my Pontiac Vibe. Steve personally looked into the issue immediately, & had a quick, inexpensive fix within a very short period of time. Thoroughbred Transmissions is a great place. They greeted us in a welcome manner, were very patient with my many questions, & gave me several options to fix the problem, listing the least expensive option first. That, and all of the above show me the shops integrity. I will never hesitate to call on them when my car is crisis. Thank you Steve for standing above the rest, and making my car care decisions easy. Amazing job as always!
