Andrew is always so helpful everytime I need my car inspection done and work done on my truck. He has great customer service skills and always helpful. I recommend this place to everyone

I called this place because it was listed in the Good News Newspaper so I "THOUGHT" they would be nice. The guys that work there are so rude and dismissive. I asked for a price on a repair and the guy, David, said, "well, I think the part costs about this much and the labor about this much." They didn't even bother to check the actual price. Then I asked about their email, because it wasn't working and the guy said" I don't know nothing about those things" very rudely. I then asked if I could speak to the owner and they kept ignoring me and saying "can I help you with anything?" I said, I would like to speak to the owner and David said he runs things. Finally, he took my name and number. I called this morning and asked for the owner, he again said, " can I help you." I said I wanted to speak to the owner and he said call back around 1 pm. When I asked the owner's name, (knowing that of course his name was Mike but wanting a last name) he actually said, " well, the name is Mike's Truck and trailer, duh..." HE actually said "duh" to a customer! I couldn't believe it. I said I will call back at 1pm and hung up. He called me back and again said, "can I help you with something" and I said "I want to speak to the owner". I explained that they were rude and he said I was being rude by asking for the owner when he was asking if he could help me with anything! wow. I had called this place a while back as well for a quote on something else and the person who answered had no clue and said the owner would call me back with prices and never called me back. I would love to speak to the owner of this place. But it seems impossible. Mike, if you see this, I would love to speak with you. I really wanted to give you business because you advertise in the Good News but it seems the people who work for you are not interested in "small" business. I am not sure if this is your philosophy or theirs.

If you want it done right this is the place. I always like to say "you get what you pay for". There's no cutting corners at this place. Very knowledgeable in what they do.
