After waiting about 2 hours for H&H Towing to show up (original estimated time was 30 minutes), we decided to cancel their service and call Northside Towing. Rick helped us out and was very friendly and the process was very speedy. Thank you very much Rick!

I had a great experience tonight with Lex, he was so friendly and kind and got to where I was relatively fast. I only had to wait about 30 minutes for him to arrive and the price was reasonable. It was nice to have his help in a stressful situation.

It was an awful, snowy, slippery mess this morning and a semi truck going too fast pushed me into the median. The lady that answered the phone at Northside was very pleasant and helpful and assures me that someone would be out to help as soon as possible. Tim showed up about an hour later, which is very understandable given the conditions and how many calls they were taking. He was very courteous and his first question was to make sure I was ok. He told me exactly what he was going to do to pull me out and the procedure I needed to follow to assist. He even waited for me to get back on the road safely before he left. Overall, I had a very good experience in a not too great situation!
