They get it done right, and on time. Joe had a great dry sense of humor. You will not regret dealing with this business. They will not take advantage of you when you are at their mercy. Make the best of a bad situation when your transmission lets you down. Aamco won't disappoint.

Chuck was communicative, he explained everything that needed to be done, worked with me on scheduling, got it done in half the time I expected and I know I would have paid a lot more to have this done at another shop. I have tried other mechanics, but this is the best one in town.

I brought a 2013 Subaru Impreza to have them fill about a quart of CVT fluid. After I gave the car key, I asked the old guy (I don't know his name) the most typical question: Approximately how long will it take? He never answered my question and was incredibly rude. About 30 minutes later, I saw a mechanic moving the Subaru to the inside. So I asked the old guy again if I should wait there or get picked up and come back later. Once again, the old guy didn't even bother to answer my question and was on his computer playing games in the corner. This old guy does not seem to know how to take customers and just hates his life. Someone needs to teach him how to respect and take customers appropriately. I will never go to this Aamco again.
