I don't know how this place gets any positive reviews unless they are writing them themselves. We have brought 2 vehicles to them for repair (that is my fault, I should have stopped after 1) and had bad results both times. The battery kept dying in our truck so they checked it out and replaced some parts and it is no better. We still have to jump start it every time we want to use it. The second vehicle was our kids car that was making some funny noises. They looked it over and recommended $800 worth of service to take care of the problem. Since this is only about a $1,500 car, we thought hard about spending this money but opted to go ahead with the repairs. During the repair process they gave us a call to say there is more issues and it will cost another $1000 to fix it right. Now the cost made no sense to us and we explained that we would never have started the repairs had we known the total cost up front. They offered to remove the parts that they had changed out and not go ahead with the repairs, so that's what we decided. They never called to tell us the car was ready to be picked up but instead, called yesterday all upset saying they needed the room and we need to get this car out of here today. Then the guy said not to come back because they would never do work for us again...like we would ever be that stupid. Save yourself the trouble and just stay away!

Horrible service. Took my prior vehicle there due to it having timing chain issues. They informed me that my engine was seized and I needed a new engine! I could not afford a new engine, so I sold the vehicle "as is" for a fraction of its worth. A different mechanic bought it, and informed me a couple days later that the engine was fine and the timing chain came apart and caused it to jump timing, and I also had a crack in the exhaust manifold... Im no mechanic and all along I thought it was the timing chain. I trusted them and wow what an awful choice. I have made three attempts to get answers from Dagwoods and have been ignored. Dirty company who has cost me a lot of money by falsely diagnosing my vehicle and made zero attempts to make things right. I would not recommend anyone wasting time or money on this place.
