Excellent customer service. I am a very difficult customer to schedule with and these guys and girls have bent over backwards to accommodate. Truly great on the phone, in person, and the quality of the service is perfect. Very thorough, accurate, and prompt. I highly recommend this company.

Harold did an awesome job servicing our generator. He called as soon as he arrived on campus, i went out to meet him and once he was finished he called me to let me know that he was done. Very much appreciated!!

They have been extremely helpful and responsive to my needs as a customer. I have an older generator that's kind of a "cranky old gal" (the generator, not me) and I seem to need rather frequent tweaks, like an older car needs more maintenance to keep it running and safe on the road for example. So, PM Technologies has been great and I highly recommend them. Their customer service and billing have been more than fair with me as well. You are in good hands with this company, and I don't think you can say that about too many companies these days, sadly.

I was unable to be home for the annual Preventative Maintenance but David Jeans kept me informed via phone calls throughout the service call. I appreciated this and his completeness during the maintenance that he performed.

Although I talked to Mike on the Phone and he has given me advice in the past and has been very helpful, it was Harold who came out to our location and was very professional and did a great job. Thanks Harold
