I am amending my previous post. While the incident with them not completing my oil change did occur, they quickly responded with an apology and offered to complete my oil change for free. While that was certainly not my end goal in any of my feedback, the service recovery was top notch. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and they promptly completed it this time. Given my previous positive experience I've amended my review. With more positive experience I could see this being a 5 star review. Kudos to the staff and manager for making an honest attempt to correct the mistake.

It's important to trust the people that work on your vehicle. I have been taking my cars to Roy's for decades with no complaints.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They weren't able to take my car in when I arrived, but they were very professional in handling the situation and scheduling me at a time that was convenient.

This is an honest to goodness auto repair shop. They are professional and competent and they went out of the way to diagnose my electrical system for no charge. Turns out my battery ground needed cleaning. 10 bucks for the service and I was back on the road. Also, they gave me a quote on an alternator that was half the price of my dealership. Go to Ray's with confidence.
