I had a vehicle towed to this shop to be repaired, the turn around time was longer than expected, after getting the vehicle back it was driven to Arizona where there was a leak discovered on the vehicle. The technician did not seal the side cover on the transmission properly. When talking to "Woody" he said "oh just take it to any legitimate repair shop and have them call me and we will take care of the bill,it can't be anything serious ". Once calling "Woody" with the estimate he says oh I'm just the bookkeeper I can't authorize anything that's above my pay grade, you will have to speak to the owner..Who by the way can never be reached. The work provided was terrible, they are very unprofessional, and they do not stand by the work they provide. You are just out the money spent on repair with them plus the next persons charge who has to fix their mistakes.

Was told the total rebuild was going to cost $650 then after I gave the deposits was called and told there was also another $165 charge for the torque converter swap out....then was told the transmission would be thoroughly cleaned which it was cleaned but not very well they just painted grey over the dirt and grease..

Eric and his crew did a great and affordable tranny job on my 01 S10 4x4. most shops wanted $1,800 he did everything for $1,300 plus another $100 for the nuetral switch that ended up being bad. Highly recommend his shop and they also offer a longer warranty 18 months instead of 12 months. Great job and thanks Charlie Brown NLV
