It was, again, an excellent service by Gilberto and his family and mechanics. This people really LOVE what they do! I had to bring my 1993 Ford Explorer for some adjustments on the A/C during the Thanksgiving week. It was no problem for Gilberto to joyfully say that "you can bring it on Friday because I will be in the shop. I need to order parts, but don't worry. I will fix it for you. It is still under warranty, so there will not be a cost to you." WOW! Did I say that Gilberto, his family and the mechanics are GLBTQ-friendly? (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning). When my spouse came with me (she works out of town and is home for the Thanksgiving weekend), Gilberto smiled from ear to ear, said, "Hello! Long time no see! How are you? It's good to see you." It made her day. And it moves me to tears, knowing how much my spouse suffered from unjust treatment while at various other businesses. Gilberto did not call her with the male pronoun (she is a Transgender, MtF - Male to Female). In so many other businesses, she was referred to as "sir." She is not a "sir"! She is a "Ma'am". Or "Ms." Gilberto and his family as well as the office staff and mechanics know what it means to treat diverse individual with respect and dignity. That is why I will bring my business to him, and I already shared with others what an excellent businessman and talented car mechanic Gilberto is. Thank you so much for being you, Gilberto, for treating others with respect. Gilberto has integrity as does his family and staff. "Birds of same feather flock together." It tells. Gilberto, his son, and the car mechanics worked tirelessly on Friday to retrofit air conditioner in my 1993 SUV. Gilberto kept me informed at all stages of the repair. He told me "as it is," just the facts. He told me he will fix the air conditioning the same day, even though it will be a long day. He did not charge me for overtime labor! He ordered all the parts as he was checking the car, and did not charge me for "Express Delivery." In Las Vegas, where the temperatures can be between 90F-110F, and where a car is a must to commute to work, life without air conditioned car is impossible. I was driving for several months without it, with all windows rolled down. NOT fun. Gilberto worked tirelessly, even after hours, just to deliver and to be at integrity with his word. His professionalism, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) as well as a friendly demeanor, are what makes one want to come back and again. He finds the best prices for parts as well, and does not charge an arm and a leg. He is simply a great professional auto mechanic. Add to that his friendly Office Manager, Rhonda, who makes you feel right at home, and his wife and children, who do treat you like a long lost relative - there is no better place to bring your car for repairs. I highly recommend G&R as a place to bring your car. You will be a customer for life.

Very knowledgeable on old and new buses they have most computer programs like the big shops ....old school and new school in one shop...

Smart group of guys. Will get you taken care of quickly and efficiently while communicating effectively. Office staff is very nice. Rates are fair.
